Who Am I

July 16th

Who am I?
I am a writer.
I am a poet.
I am a lover.
I am a fighter.
I am a coward.
I am a paradox, in the very sense of the word.
When I look inside myself I see that Goddess (that most beautiful of women) in me. She wears a grey robe, standing in a glade of mist, her arms bare. she raises them to the stars, the moon, and utters her cry to the darkness.
I see a hawk. I see a wolf. I see a raven.
This is a part of me. This is who I am.

A.L.S.

"To be nobody-but-yourself -- in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you somebody else -- means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting."
