WHY "Strangled Screams"?

So, you might ask "why did she call this page 'Strangled Screams' (once called, 'Realm of the Lost', or 'Lost Realm')? Well, there is a reason. *gasp*
Besides the fact that i found the old title anoying and stupid....
Have you ever wanted to say something, needed to say something, so badly, but you couldn't, wouldn't, shouldn't and so you swallow the words on your tongue so much you feel as if they'll choke you? Or been so out of your mind, all you wanted to do was scream at the top of your lungs and break a couple of plates?
Well, those are strangled screams. And that is what i am.
