Chasing Amy

Chasing Amy (third in the so called 'Jersey Trilogy') must be one of the best movies ever made.
Personally, it's my favorite movies (or one of my faves) and totally overshadows the previous two, Clerks. and Mallrats, with acting and story.
And its the writing of Kevin Smith and especially the acting of Joey Lauren Adams (Alyssa) that makes it work.

Joey Lauren Adams is one of the most talented actors in the world. She has to be to play such a divers role as that of Alyssa. Frankly, i adore this character. Joey herself is just plain hot, and that coupled with the Alyssa character (with all her innocent/experienced/lesbian/confusion) just totally blows me away.

I won't blab on, but I just want to make it known that i adore this character and this movie. Kevin Smith is one of the best writers, to have created this movie, and the two before it. I love all three, but Chasing Amy is and remains my favorite.
