Numbers published by the NASA, CIA and NSA let no doubt on the experienced electronic control by these associations that violent so laws of the "  privacity  ".

Two guilty main sources of intrusions in our electronic systems (calculators, telephones, etc) and the biologic (ourselves). The first, classic, is actively constituted by the more secret services extracts on the Ufo  problem: the CIA and especially the NSA, organism that takes care of all world electronic systems of control earth-water, to goal no solely military. The second is constituted by strengths alienses to the planet Earth. We refer to the "  monitorage  " of the "  enlevés s ", that can be marked permanently thanks to small " electronic  trasponder s " in particular.

He/it is certain that the NASA manages all satellites launched by USA and that the NSA controls data satellitaireses, and distributes them on demand unless they are "  top secret s ".

The American military programs foresee a massive use of satellites of "  photo-reconnaissance  ", to which have can add the military satellites of least importance that use devices of computer link as the two Cosmos/SL7 and SL8, the Tsyklon/SL14 and the Zénith/SL-16. There are also the oceanic satellites of RORS type and ELINTS, satellites anti-satellites of the Polyot set and ASATS and satellites of first alarm of the OKO set and Prognozes. All these satellites make part of the White Cloud Surveillance System. Let's mention the ELINTS satellites, the Vostok/SL-3, also. They are based on the SIGINT (Signal Inelligence) that understands the COMINT system (Communication System) that analise all communications of normal traffic, ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) that takes care of traffic computérisé, TELINT (Teletype Intelligence) that takes care of teleprinters, and RADINT (Radar Intelligence) that takes care of the transmissions radar.

The NSA operates to Pine Gap, Alice Springs in Australia, to Menwith Hill and Harrogate in England and to Forth Meade in the Maryland. With regard to the American military marine, the NOSS system (Naval Ocean Surveillance System) has satellites in orbit that go from 1 000 to 1 100 km with slants of 63,40. The first satellites of this type were launched in 76 since the military basis of Vandenberg. This program that depends on the Pentagon studies the possibility to modify the ionosphere that, radiated in certain points according to a certain frequency and intensity, could not produce a set of structural modifications currently very very definite by protagonists of the antenna. The thus radiated ionosphere, would include himself like an immense mirror and would think well the radius in certain points calculated of the planet. In what but ? To discover if he/it exists some hidden constructions as of tunnels, of the secret bases, of quarrelsome type structures under the terrestrial or submarine crust.

The problem resides in the collateral effects. Soldieries sustain that in the future these technologies would permit to repair holes of ozone. Some physicists affirm that this cannon is in measure to block all transmissions radio, to reach planes in flight, to disrupt the cerebral radio-frequencies of humans, to destroy the electronic equipments. HAARP will be potentialisée thanks to an antenna capable to develop a strength more elevated 30 000 times that the one of the present antenna. The new antenna will be able to singe suddenly 1 600 square miles of terrestrial surface.

Stellar weapons, spatial channels…… that think ufologues s of it? A new concept. Let's not forget that to arm against extraterrestrials, the supposedly gray or their superior bosses, would not have any sense in the measure where if alienses were associated to soldieries indeed, against whom would it be necessary indeed himself défendre ? He/it is more and more obvious that soldieries have a technology capable monitorer, to intercept to either cut down some Ufo, outside of the fact that they can control the whole of the terrestrial population. And does one must demander ? Why 80% of satellites constituting the spatial shield are they controlled toward the space and not toward the planète ? If there was an agreement indeed with alienses, according to the theory of  pacte scélérat  " why should forbid to us us against them since they are our allies….

The Colonel Corso sustained that Americans had gotten some technological results while either using the rétroingénierie of the damaged Ufo dejected and no, as one thought before, following a way of exchange between us and extraterrestres c'ests to say ' qu they were able to grazed quietly on our planet in return for a little technology that would have allowed Americans to on-multiply their terrific-strength. Americans, in primis, then in a larger sense soldieries, should have accepted the situation, well in spite of them, because it was least disastrous for the Earth. Our governments should have made the unique thing possible : to hold these "  protecteurs s " in mutual symbiosis, as one says in biology, when one exchanges favors. This theory has the merit to put in room pieces of the puzzle…… and if things take place so we will have the confirmation of it very soon.
