After supervising and to review the strip on one time of dozen, I showed the strip to other friends, and as me they were amazed very. Some believed and some no. Now you can make your decision. Alfred Bielek is one of survivors of the Philadelphia Experience. Several of names and room that Mr. Bielek mentioned, able to not be spell correctly because of mumbling and the acoustic levels. Of course there were a lot of places and of things of which I didn't hear to ever speak, and don't have any idea of how to write them. I tried to make researches to insure that all was correct. Also, some words can seem in a bizarre language (even in English). This document is precisely as it has been expressed during the time of the conference. [--cleaned text, indicated above how, by Rick Andersen, October. ' 92] this conference was driven to the Mufon Metroplex in Dallas, TX., a Conference UFO. The date of this conference was January 13th, 1990. The name of the speaker is Alfred Bielek, and it explains the beginning and the if - end called of the experience.

Alfred Bielek is to-night our speaker, and I heard him to the UFO conference in Phoenix, in September, and I think that he was most interesting of speakers, at least on the matter of his/her/its topic. There is not anybody that I know to have been implied really in Philadelphia Expériment, and that either there again to speak of it, outside of him. As I think that it is really a program exciting. One of projects on which he/it worked is sequenced top-secret again, and he/it implied ovnises, and really he/it cannot speak a lot some; to-night, he/it be able to rightly say some words briefly of it.. (Note of the translator for a better understanding: Alfred Bielek was called to the origin Edward A. Cameron, physicist. Alfred Bielek is a name of camouflage that one gave him when the government wanted to make disappear it).

I am called Alfred Bielek, I am a survivor of " Philadelphia Expériment ". Am I going to ask you before beginning: Among people that is here, how much know what was Philadelphia Experiment really? ... I don't see a lot of hands levees. Probably the second question is a little superfluous. How much of think you that this experience really began in years of war? That to be-to-say, the second World War, 1941-42. How much among think you that that began then? Very few people are informed well. ... Some hands rise. Or who can think that that began earlier? .... Well, those that say that that began earlier are in the truth. Science-fiction and studies post-doctorate to Princeton This experience really had his/her/its genesis in 1931-1932, in a strange small windy city that was called Chicago, Illinois. To ` this time there had been, in twenties and in the beginning of thirties, a lot of speculation in the popular literature, I want to speak of a scientific popular literature way of the kind " Popular " Science, Popular " " Mechanics, Illustrated " " Science, concerning invisibility, concerning of tests to make disappear an object or a person, one had even spoken of téléportation. There was a lot of speculation, but was made very little on this topic. To this time, in 1931, some people decided maybe that he/it was time to make something on this topic and they assembled to the university of Chicago. The three main implied were the Dr Nikola Tesla, le Dr. Jean Hutchinson dean of The university of Chicago, subsequently chancellor, and a certain Dr Kirtenauer, physicien autrichien, qui était venu d'Autriche et faisant partie du personnel de l'université de Chicago. Subsequently, the whole project was displaced to the institute Of Advanced studies of Princeton. The Advanced study institute himself was an interesting organization. He/it didn't make part of the academic system, nor of Princeton. He/it existed on a property of Princeton, but was an independent entity. He/it had been founded in 1933, for that and for what I don't know, but some wanted an institute for the advanced studies, beyond of the doctorate. Among the first people to rejoin the project, there been of the as interesting and known people that Albert Einstein. Albert Einstein rejoined the personnel in 1933. He/it was from Bonn, in Germany, and after having left Germany in 1930 (some biographies said 1933, but it was in 1930), he/it came to the United States, to Pasadena, California, and he/it taught to Cal-Tech during close to three years, then he/it was invited to rejoin the institute of Avacées studies, what he/it made in 1933. He/it remained there until his/her/its death. Einstein was strictly a theoretical physicist, a man of theoretical, mathematician in the domain of the physics. He/it is known very of course for his/her/its Special Theory of the Relativity, his/her/its General Theory of Relativity, and the speculative Theory of the Field Unified. Other people joined themselves to the same moment. One of the most important individuals was of course, the Dr Jean von Neumann, qui était né à Budapest, en Hongrie, et qui vint d'Europe. He/it had passed his/her/its math doctorate, in 1925, to Budapest. He/it taught in the German academic system during approximately four years, to two different stations. During this period of four years, he/it met the Dr Robert Oppenheimer, qui était en Europe à cette époque, et qui devint important plus tard dans le projet, ainsi qu'un grand nombre d'autres gens. Von Neumann was rather interesting. It was a theoretician, a mathematician theoretician. But it was also a man of practice, who knew how to apply the pure theory how. Einstein didn't know it, it is very important. Among people most important of this university, where he/it taught to this time, there was a very important man, under the name of David Hilbert. Probably no of didn't hear you to ever speak of David Hilbert. Doctor in mathematics, he/it was considered in Europe like a mathematician of most important. He/it never left Europe to my knowledge. He/it was born, has been raised, and died in Germany, where he/it died toward 1965. But he/it was in the circle that the Dr von Neumann rencontrait. Hilbert is known more because he developed a math very exotic shape named " Space Hilbert ". He/it was the first man to define a multiple reality, a multiple space, mathematically and to specify what these concepts meant in mathematical terms. It doesn't mean anything for none among us, and for the plain people it is even insane, but it is important for a physicist, a mathématicie, because it is this quia permi to create foundations of that that became the experience of Philadelphia (Philadelphia Experiment). Hilbert and Neumanns von met. Von Neumann wrote a paper in Germany, in German, on Hilbert and his/her/its work. And Neumann von, being a very important man by himself, took the work of Hilbert and " runs away with ", as one says, and he developed by himself of the completely new mathematical systems. Von Neumann is known in circles of mathematicians, as Hilbert, and a part of his/her/its work has been published, after Philadelphia Experiment. He/it is known for his/her/its Theory of Games. He/it also developed a system of ring operators, a very exotic algebra way to which no one understands anything if he/it is not implied very in mathematical pure.

In 1934, the project was displaced to the institute, and it is there that the Dr Tesla intervient. Tesla is a very important man. His/her/its history is known relatively. There was a movie, turned by Segrabe Productions in Yugoslavia, that retraces his/her/its life. He/it had been born in 1856. He/it went to the high school, began the university then. He/it was there since one year when his/her/its father died. San financial means, he/it could not continue some normal studies, but he/it convinced professors to let attend it their courses. He/it took work that he/it could find, in Europe, to the Western Union, then. for a certain time. He/it rejoined the Battalion Edison of Europe then. Tesla and Edison When he/it decided to emigrate to the United States, in 1884, besides the connaissa this of eleven languages, he/it possessed four cents in pocket, more a book of poetry and a letter of introduction for Thomas Edison. This letter of introduction was the most important thing. As soon as he/it was put in presence of Edison, he/it immediately had a dispute with him because of differences in their approach fundamental of electricity. Edison was the man of the continuous current, and Tesla was the man of the alternating current, and Edison could not hear to speak of alternating current. He/it already had greatly enclosed in machines for continuous current that he/it had conceived and built, and in systems of generators that he/it collected. Tesla worked for Edison during near six months. They had a violent dispute about money, notably because of a promise made to Tesla, that if he/it solved a certain problem, in a certain delay, Edison would give him 50,000 dollars of reward. He/it finishes work and came to ask for the reward to Edison. Edison guffawed, ho ho, good joke, American humor, etc. Tesla didn't think that him himself agissaitd'une joke, he took his/her/its business and returned to dig ditches. Then he/it met various people, among which the President Américain of the Western Union. He/it worked for him a certain time. This man helped him to bring up his/her/its first laboratory. Later, Tesla became citizen American, and began to give a set of conferences to the old Institute Of engineers in Electricity, that in years 1880 and 1890 were very important in New York. Tesla became a regular, important speaker, on various topics implying the theory of the alternating current, the strength of the electric, of course and on everything that appeared him important. With the support of his/her/its public, everything that he/it presented was important. One day, he/it made a demonstration on the electric theory and the strength of the alternating current, and in the room was Mr. George Westinghouse.

This is how toward 1889, Westinghouse had bought all patents of Tesla, came among them concerning a system of alternating current generator as well as his/her/its distribution. He/it had paid them to him a million of dollars cash, more of royalties of one dollar by horsepower produce by these facilities, during all the length of patents. It put Tesla very seriously on rails. In 1893, Tesla wins a price concerning the supplying of alternating current for the world fair of Chicago, where he makes evolve on a basin a model of boat controled by radio. Then he/it wins the contest launched to construct the electric factory of the Niagara, first hydroelectric factory equipped for the alternating current. He/it wins it while affirming that he/it can send the current until New-York without loss, and he/it proves it. In 1899, he/it leaves to continue his/her/its researches to Colorado Springs, with regard to the high-tension electricity and the electric bolts (the spool of Tesla). Free and free electricity for all - In 1899, Tesla announces that he had contacts with the extraterrestrial peoples, what makes it take for a madman by the public, to the time. - In 1906, whereas he/it was developing a transmission system of signals radio and television for the Tower Wardencliff in Long Island (New-York), Tesla tells his/her/its mécène JP Morgan: " I have the intention to use this tower to produce free electricity for everybody. The Tower Wardencliff was dynamited in 1914 and it was the end of the project. - In 1917 during the 1st world war, whereas Tesla works for the company American Marconi, this company is seized by the American government because it is accused of spying activities. Roosevelt asks Tesla to work for the government. Tesla achieves some interesting things then among which the system of Roger antenna: cordless transmission allowing soldieries of the time to nor transmit the voice between Europe and the United States without statics noise of bottom, unique for the time, used again nowadays by soldieries and remained top-secret during years. - 1919, creation of RCA of which Tesla makes part, first as engineer then leading (until 1939, date to which he retires). His/her/its projects always lead to something that functions. His/her/its approach is extensively intuitive, because his/her/its knowledge of maths is the one of the XIXe century. Besides, Tesla could ever have gotten okay with Hertz on what can be well a wave radio.

-1933: Roosevelt becomes president of USA and recall his/her/its old Tesla buddy to confide him the direction of that that will be called Project Philadelphia " then ". - 1936: first tests of a certain material, with results means. Partial invisibility, sufficiently to interest the Navy that had put funds in the project since 1931. - To the institute, a certain Gustave The Good associates to Von Neumann and rejoins the team, follow-up by the Dr Clarkston in 1940. Philadelphia " is not the only project of the institute. The only that knows that indeed that himself passes there is Einstein, everybody calls " him the General ". - Me (Alfred Bielek), I will enter later in the project, but at present I would want to make a pose and to show you a part of a video achieved by EMI Thorn Corp. in England in 1983, and distributed to USA in 1984. This movie didn't remain in rooms that two weeks because the government of the United States made a suit so that he is withdrawn. Nevertheless he/it was seen by spectators in numerous big cities. Emi Thorn made call and had the right later two years to produce his/her/its movie under shape of strip video. It is the video " Philadelphia Experiment ". The first left from this movie tells évènementses of a relatively exact manner, although they are embellished. There are especially at the end distortions, then I am going to pass the first left. - The date is especially changed: this disastrous experience occurred August 12, 1943. - The original intention was to produce a field of invisibility around an object. In 1940, the first success was recorded under the direction of Tesla, to the military boatyards of Brooklin, with a small boat and without person inside. The special equipment was on this boat and the necessary strength was brought by two adjacent boats placed on sides, providing the current by cables. In the event that he/it would happen something of serious, one could cut cables, and even to sink the so necessary boat. It was the normal precautions of the Navy. Therefore the small boat became quite invisible and one declared that it was a success. The Navy decided to dedicate to the project of the unlimited sums, classified it top-secret and in September 1940 he was called " Project Rainbow ". - Then the witness tells his/her/its life and the one of his/her/its brother Duncan Cameron (Bielek was also called Cameron to the origin, it is the Navy that changed him his/her/its name when they wanted to get rid of him): comfortable family, study in Scotland, then to Harvard and Princeton, doctorate of physics. His/her/its father is marine in the Navy during 20 years, then constructed to construct some leading sailboats for regattas. In 1939 the father makes enroll the two sons in the Navy, and they are driven during 90 days to become officers, of those that one will call marvels of 90 days " that are supposed all knowledge in three months. And then the two sons are assigned to the famous Institute that Bielek already knows since he was to Princeton. They also work to the boatyard of Philadelphia.

And it is in 1940 that has place the famous test that succeeds. Organization of the project - Hierarchy of the project: to the top was the Office of controlled Naval Ingéniérie by the admiral Hal Bowen Sr. Then, there was a line of commanders, among which the Commander Alan Batchelor who became chief of the crew of the invisibility project and took care of all those that participated there. I know it personally, he/it is currently to the retirement. During a very long time I ignored that there were survivors, and sudden I recovered this person in New-York and spoke to him. - Then, he/it was necessary to put in room a special crew. In 1941, the Navy decided that Bielek and his/her/its brother needed an experience in sea. They were transferred to on board Brooklyn of the Pennsylvania then under way toward the Pacific. Toward October 41, the Pennsylvania was put in dry hold to Pearl Harbor and brothers had a perm in San Francisco, that the Japanese attack on Pear Harbor stopped them then from leaving. And in 42 they came back to the institute. (Remark made at the end by Bielek in question-answers: yes, the attack of Pearl Harbor by the Japses has been organized intentionally by USA to give itself/themselves a good reason to enter in the war for which they prepared some secret weapons, all the American headquarters was informed except admirals in room to Pearl Harbor). - During this time, Tesla had been assigned on a boat by his/her/its old Roosevelt buddy who had told " it Go of it, gives back it invisible ". He/it had started constructing the necessary equipment then: two then three RFS transmitters, a then two main generators, and a set of spools to magnetic field induction, that were rolled up in the beginning around the cockle of the boat. Later, it changed, four spools had gone up on the bridge. And the RFS fields synchronized with the special frequencies and shapes of waves modulated special developed by Tesla: all it had to produce the field of invisibility. - Since 1923, Tesla had continued to tell that he was in communication with extraterrestrials. In addition of the project of the Navy, he/it also had his/her/its personal laboratory in his/her/its domicile of the hotel New Yorker, more another more important laboratory all in top of the Waldorf Astoria, in penthouseses and two towers. He/it had a transmission system in top of the Waldorf Astoria and a system of receipt on the New Yorker. And someone said that they heard him to speak with extraterrestrials with this gear. " Problem of personnel " -

One day, Tesla arrived to the Navy while saying: " We are going to have a very important personnel problem. He/it is impossible to develop the necessary strength to give back invisible a big boat of line without that there are effects on the personnel. I have need besides of time in order to develop counter-measures permitting not to wound the personnel ". The Navy answered that there was a date limits because of the war and that he was impossible to change it: the month of March 1942. Then Tesla sabotaged the material so that the day of the test that doesn't function, without to destroy it. The day arrived, one pushed on buttons, nothing happened. Tesla explained that it was a failure, that he was time for him to retire and that they had someone to replace it: the Dr John Neumann von. And hello! Others say that he/it was fired. He/it returned to other researches until the date of his/her/its death, January 7, 1943. In the same way to it, other researches took place on the boatyard and to the institute, concerning of experiences of " dégaussage " (degaussing). From 1938, Germans had developed a new type of mine, the magnetic mines that didn't explode by contact but while detecting the magnetic mass of the cockle of steel of a boat that approached them. The mine detected the distortion of the magnetic field of the Earth and, when the boat was enough near, without no contact, the mechanism appropriate to fire released and the stake made a hole in the cockle. The American Navy developed the so efficient counter-measures that Germans last to abandon their magnetic mines in 1943 then and came back to the good old traditional mines. But the anti-mine-magnetic equipment was constituted of cables rolled up around the boat and special generators installed on board, without no intention to produce invisibility, the intention being only to make explode from afar mines. (At that moment, Bielek has a set of slides passed, showing sites of Princeton and the institute, among which a piece where was directed the first intended experience to give back some invisible things. Then other diaposes show the original equipment of Philadelphia Experiment and the Eldridge, with the special generators).

- Therefore after the failure of Tesla, Von Neumann took commands while including other people in the project, among T. lesquells, Townsend Brown, a known man now to have worked about ovnises while demonstrating that one can make move an object by the high-tension electrostatic fields. Under the name of Dr Bifield he/it is also known as author of the effect Bifield Brown. This gentleman rejoined the Navy therefore in 1939 on the anti-mine-magnetic project. But as expert in RF he/it also worked on the Philadelphia Experiment to achieve a special transmitter radio as well as a tower to support antennas, the highest tower of the Eldridge that one sees in the movie and that was broken. - Then before Von Neumann finished his/her/its work, he tells the Navy that that didn't work, that he needed more of time to redo all studies, a lot more of time. The Navy didn't have the choice. In May 42, the Navy decided to find a new boat to serve test, and they chose the Eldridge on a yard of construction. They needed to modify the equipment then because this boat was smaller than the first. The boat was ready in January 43. - Remained the human equation. In June 42 the Navy decided that it was necessary to a special crew of volunteers, who would put their life in game in history. They found 33 men who were driven in three months. Their instructor was... the father of Bielek. On board devices of the Eldrige - the different facilities test separated was made. Von Neumann doubled transmitters used by Tesla, brought up the strength of 500 CWS kw to 2 CWS megawatt, more the two generators of 75 KVAS each that had to be absolutely synchronized. And in addition a very exotic thing inherited of Tesla: the generator of Reference to the Time Zero. - That is, the Reference to the Time Zero? It is a system that clings to the structural magnetic field of the Earth, and also to his/her/its resonance of mass, by a very ingenious system invented by Tesla. All planets of our system of our galaxy are blocked whole in the cosmology in relation to what one can call a Time Zero of Reference that is the geocentric center of our galaxy. All is referenced to this Time Zero. Without occupying you of the local time, you must reference yourselves to this Time Zero if you want that things work. And Tesla had quite discovered merely him. These generators of reference now exist in all FAAS systems constructed for devices of landing guidance. For the final version, 3000 tubes 6L6 were used to control spools of the two generators. " Problem of personnel "... and first experience: 22 June 1943 In March 1943, Von Neumann began to be agitated. He/it had not believed Tesla in the beginning, and Tesla continued to say that there would be personnel's " problem. My brother and me, we believed what said Tesla, then we took all equations, and we told Von Neumann that Tesla was right. Von Neumann decided to add a third generator then. But he/it was not able to ever synchronize it with the two another one.

A third man worked with my brother and me to put in room all facilities, of Jack's name. One day, the third generator started generating bows, and one of bows reversed Jack who remained in the coma during four months and had left of the project. Then the third generator was suppressed. Finally, all the special crew went up on board June 22, and the boat took his/her/its position in the harbor. At 9 o'clock, one turned buttons and according to observers the boat became invisible during 15 to 20 minutes. Then one ordered to make stop, and to bring back the boat to embankment. And it is only at that moment that we achieved that there was a serious problem. The crew who was on the bridge was disorientated completely, nauséux, very close to the delirium and next to the plate. The Navy ordered to disembark the crew then and to replace it by a new. Then Von Neumann asked again for more time to study the problem but the Navy says: the date-stop is August 12, 1943, you make it to this date or ever ". Then everybody worked day and night to try to make corrections. Second experience: 12 August 1943 Then the Navy decided that she didn't want the complete invisibility, but only invisibility for radars. To the time, systems of guidance to inertia didn't exist, not more that systems of Loran navigation and Shorans that function at the present hour all over the world. A functions to low-frequency and the other to average frequency. To the time, everything that one had that was the line of sight, the eye and the radar. Here is what found the new crew: two men were embedded in bridges of steel; two another one were embedded in baffles of steel; the fifth man had the recessed hand in the baffle, he was living, one cut it to him to put him a prosthesis. Some completely mad men ran everywhere. Some appeared disappeared then. Some was in fire, burning without consuming itself/themselves as the ardent bush of the Bible. The alone that escaped the general bewilderment were those that were inside the cockle, among which my brother and me. It is the part most interesting of history. Experience of Bielek and Cameron: coupling

Philadelphia/Montauk here is what really happened: we had jumped side over it while waiting for us to touch water, we didn't touch her, but we landed in 1983, August 12, on sides of another project called Project Phoénix to Montauk, Long Island, the night, inside the fully operational peripheral surrounding walls to the time: guards, police dogs and patrol of helicopters. We didn't know what it was that a helicopter. One brought us to the fifth basement where was all their equipment and one presented us there to Von Neuman, the even more aged, that understood what had happened very quickly: two experiences had been led the same day, in 1943 and in 1983, creating a bubble of hyperespace that had swallowed the boat. Von Neumann says that the bubble of hyperespace was in expansion, risking to swallow a part of the planet with it, and that it was absolutely necessary that the two men leave in 1943 to stop the working of devices while destroying them if it was necessary it. The Project Phoénix taken to Montauk had reached a degree of complete opérationnalité, with total control on the time, therefore they were capable to send back us in the past, what they made. Smoke us rematérialisés on the Eldridge, excel us of axes and destroyed all devices except the generator of reference to the time zero. Then my brother Duncan Cameron decided to return in 1983 because Von Neumann needed him over there, he made it while jumping side all over again over it. Third experience without personnel: October 1943 next, the Navy decided to make a last experience, but without on board personnel this time. They even rebuilt the material on another boat, hardback by one thousand six hundred feet of cable for the electric feeding. End October 1943, the boat disappeared. And it is there that legends enter in line of account, with this history of the Eldridge appearing then in the harbor of Norfolk disappearing, and recovered with the half of the missing equipment. (Here one doesn't understand what means Bielek too well). Thereafter, the Eldridge was disassembled gone up again then like plain war boat and served normally in the war, but there were problems then to on board repetition it was disarmed all over again, then famous " the Lion " sold er to the Marine Greek where it could be again in service. According to the Maritime Law, the logbook must always remain on board of the intact boat whatever it arrives; but one perceived then that pages concerning the time of experimentations of the Navy had been pulled, all pages preceding January 1st, 1944. Another one dawns to signal: six days before the experimentation of August 12, 1943, ovnises had been seen above of the Eldridge, and when the boat disappeared in the bubble of hyperespace, one of ovnises was also inhaled him, and it found again to Montauk in basements, intact. Then, the Philadelphia project being closed, Von Neumann was sent on the one of Los Alamos with the Dr Oppenheimer, and that project was a complete success: the atomic bomb. One can wonder what would have occurred that so was the Philadelphia project that had succeeded instead of the one of the bomb.

- In 47, the Navy decided of réouvrir the project under the name of Project Rainbow (Rainbow Project). There were all then these histories of ovnis crushed with beings found on board. In 1949, a to be that lived was again maintained in life.
