Mousse is Shampoo's childhood friend and wanna be suitor.  He is extremely persistent and fights Ranma every chance he gets.  He is pretty much blind and has to wear really thick glasses.  He is a master of the hidden weapons techneque.  Mousse also has a curse, when doused with cold water he becomes a duck.
