Happosai is the person who trained Soun and Genma in martial arts.  He also started the "Anything Goes School of Martial Arts."  He also is about the biggest pervert you will ever meet.  He steals pantys anytime he can.  But he is no slouch, he can fight with the best of them.  Even Genma and Soun are afraid of him.
