Mileena is a Tremere Elder. She spends most of her time in Vienna in the presence of the council. She ventured forth to the new world around the year 1750 and has journeyed back and forth many times, enjoying the changes the mortals have made there.
Mil founded the Tremere clan in New orleans as well as several other cities in America and elsewhere. She is considered the clan primogen although she is rarely there. She allows her most faithful clan members to "keep watch" of things in her absence.
In America, Mileena has self-proclaimed the Tremere to be the leaders of The Camarilla. So far none have opposed her on it.
