What does Elaida's Fortelling really mean?
At the beginning of A Crown of Swords, Elaida had a Fortelling. It was, "The White Tower will be whole again, except for remnants cast out and scorned, whole and stronger than ever. Rand al'Thor will face the Amyrlin Seat and know her anger. The Black Tower will be rent in blood and fire, and sisters will walk its grounds. This I Fortell." You are led to believe that the Salidar Aes Sedai will be killed, Rand will be led to Elaida and gentled, and the Black Tower will be destroyed by the White Tower. I don't think that this is right though. First, take the line that says the White Tower will bw whole again. If the Salidar Aes Sedai reclaim the Tower, it will be whole again, because the usurpers will be cast out. Next about Rand. When Egwene learns how he has been treating the Aes Sedai who swore to him, she will not be too happy at all. She'll either visit him, or call him to her and call him a woolhead or something like that. Finally about the Black Tower. Since I believe that Taim is Demandred and Osan'gar is Dashiva or another Asha'man, I think that the Black Tower will be destroyed when Rand confronts Taim with his Asha'man and Aes Sedai, and Taim with his evil Asha'man. After that, the Tower will be rent in blood and fire, and Rand's Aes Sedai will walk its grounds. Then I think Logain will be named the new M'Hael and the Asha'man will be totally loyal to Rand.
