Soon I'll lose my lurker status if I continue to post. Big men in Starfleet uniforms will wrest my lurker card from me :) Anyway, I had the oddest thought a couple of days ago and, coupled with a discussion on another list, asked the question, "What would qualify as a P/K most embarrassing moment?"

Harry tapped on my shoulder and explained the one he would like to forget.

Harry turned toward the wall and pouted. "I said no, Tom."

Tom trailed suggestive kisses along the firm jaw. "But Har, I promise, I won't do that again."

The ensign did not change his position.

Tom looked at his lover. There was no relenting there. He would have to grovel and even then, he wasn't sure if he would be forgiven soon. He leaned forward and nibbled the tender curve of Harry's ear. He whispered softly, "I couldn't take the chance that you would be hurt Harry. I...I love you. I had to do something."

The contrition in Tom's voice would have broken the heart of the stoniest and most unbending of men.

Voyager's ensign was neither. He rolled over onto his back and sighed. "I know, Tom. I really do understand. But did you have to ask the doctor, who was teaching a class in basic triage at the time, to beam a butt plug out of my ass?"
