I said good-bye to the last of my old crew today, my XO, Terrance Killian. He's a good man and got what he deserved in a command of his own and a promotion. I'm going to miss him though, after all we've been together almost 6 years......

Admiral Johnson informs me that I'm on leave until my new crew arrives. After six months of fighting, I sure could use it.

I'm not sure who I'll be getting, but I hope they are well trained, experienced officers. Unfortunately, I'll probably get cadets or ensigns fresh out of the academy.......
