Character History:

Born on Earth, Janus was raised by his mother and three sisters, until his father moved them on board a Science Vessel, bound for the outer reaches of space. One day, while Janus and his youngest sister were attending class, a mysterious fire erupted in their families quarters. Rushing to his home, he and his sister could only stand by and watch the rest of the family burn alive.
It was on this day that Janus dedicated his life to helping others, and decided to become a Marine. His HOPE was to be able to spare some other small boy from witnessing the same horror he once had.
He's spent most of his adult life to doing just that. Decorated numerous times for bravery under fire, he's eventually worked his way up the chain of command to his present position as commanding officer of the USS-Hunter.
Serving under the likes of Commodore Cresta and Commodore EJ * KillKenny, he feels he's learned from the best, and is EXTREMELY adverse to letting either of his mentors down.
Surviving with him is his younger sister, Olympia Kane, now the present owner of The Wishing Well. Janus, when on the station, most often can be found at his siter's side, helping her keep an eye on the place.

Distinguishing Marks/Notes:
Quite the "ladies" man, Janus has a singing voice, that would rival that of Commodore Killkenny's and is not adverse to singing at The Wishing Well when he's got the time.
