All Hallows Eve
Creatures of the night
Here's a breif history of the night so famously known as All Hallows Eve to get you in the mood. It once marked the end of grazing, when herds were rounded up and prepared to be slaughtered. For farmers anything not useful in the garden was allowed to rot. It was the original new year. All debts were paid, scores settled, funerals performed and the dead put to rest before the coming winter. On this night, the curtain between our world and the spirit world is disregarded, and the dead may return to walk amongst us. All Hallows Eve is the night to ensure that they have been honored, fed, and satisfied. This is a night that should be taken very seriously because you never know when something chilling may pop up.
