Here we see God Emperor Long snout himself, atop his eldritch Sphere of Omnipotence and wielding his trusty Axe of Universal Sovreignty. He stole the axe from the secret hidden tomb of the last ruler of the universe Satan, who was given it by the ruler before him High Lord Binky the anthopomorphic beaver who, it is presumed, was given it by the creator, what ever that may be. No is quite sure where his alien sphere came from or how he ended up with it but it is generally thought to be the source of God Emperor Long Snout's astounding infinite cosmic powers. Lucky for us he is trapped in the extra-dimensional hamlet of Turtle Town. He is the de facto ruler of Turtle Town but there is a sizable Mutant Resistence.

A poor defenseless Jawa is being raped by one of Long Snouts thugs.  Sights such as this are very common in Long Snout controlled areas of Turtle Town. It is not known why the Emperorer employs such people. With his godlike power he could easily conquer everything on his own. Maybe he likes the company.

This is Grand Visier Pondo. Many say he is Long Snout's right hand man and second in command. Others say he is more like a pet, or is only there to stroke the Emperor's infinite ego.  His signs of office are his ancient staff which is actually the Rightfull Turtle Town Shogun's Majik Staff of Life which was handed from shogun to shogun back to the very first shogun who was also the first turtle and his ornate headdress. Im sorry the headdress didn't come out to well but the Emperor get's jealous easily so I couldn't really ask him to pose or anything. Grand Visier Pondo is always at the Emporer's side, repeating his words in a louder more forcefull town, agreeing with him on everything, and yelling about how wonderfull the Emporer is and how everyone loves and fears him. It is not thought that he has a good life by any means, and is much more likely to bear the brunt of Long Snout's childlike tamptrums than his enemies are. He has been killed and ressurected by him over 124376533 times now.
