This was drawn sometime in either late 1993 or early 1994. It was probably drawn with some vague idea of a character in mind. The outfit she's wearing is a variation on one of my favorite types of outfits. I think I had watched Vampire Princess Miyu (the OAVs) around this time, which would explain the hairstyle... Drawn on typewriter paper with mechanical pencil, then photocopied and colored with colored pencils.
