A voice came over the loud speaker.

"Elaina Bunch to Mrs. Cormick's office please, Ms. Bunch to the principal office please." Elaina stood up and shot a pleading glance to her two best friends, Kelly and Ashley.

Kelly, who despite the fact the she had brown hair, looked a lot like Willow when Willow had long hair. She had the same eyes, and she was somewhat shy. She was taller than Willow, but that was all. Kelly was the type of friend that was kinda goofy once you got to know her, but a great one nonetheless. She could always cheer you up, no matter what. She would help you out when you were in a pickle. She got along with everyone. "In all the years," Ashley recalled one night, "that I've known Kelly, I've never heard her say something bad about some one unless she was joking."

Ashley was tall, long legged, a natural brown-blond highlights now turned red head with brown roots, and blond highlights that she couldn’t get rid of. Her mother always told her she had beautiful hair but Ashley loathed it. She even cut it to about Willow length in the second grade after it was down to her hips. She was a know-it-at to say the least, which she blamed on being an Aries. She said, "Aries are pigheaded because they get used to be right most of time they naturally expect that they will be right all of the time." She stopped saying this for a while, after she lost $10 bucks in a bet to a guy in her 8th grade class on who did "Fur Elise." If it was Bach or Beethoven. Ashley bet on Bach. She was the lame joke cracker of the group of four, for this Slayer/Slayerette generation. She was a major computer nerd. She also was a practicing Wicca. She was a mini-Willow only with a sick mind, a dirty mouth, and little more of a temper.

Deedra, the missing one in this class, was the hyper one. Kind, funny, but sensitive. Her and Ashley had the same sense of style which drove the two mad. One would buy an outfit and it would turn out the other had the same one. Deedra was medium height. Light brown or dark blond hair that was shoulder length. Deedra was one-in-a-million.

Kelly gave her best friend a sympathetic glance. Ashley on the other hand started to whistle, poorly, the death march. Ashley could not whistle or sing but she tried, in vain.

When Elaina got to Buffy's office, she knew she was in for an ear full. She knew Buffy well enough to not have to call her by Mrs. Cormick. What had happened was that, she had gone after Jacquelynn, an ex-Slayer now turned vampire master, without letting the previous slaying generation know. Buffy gave her a look as Elaina came in.

Elaina looked a lot like Buffy. Blond, beautiful, but in Ashley's opinion she was a little hard on herself about her looks because her two younger brothers, Brandon and Ben, were always criticizing her. She was tough, and she had a great family. Whether it was by blood or by friendship. Ashley and Elaina quite often bicker in their own way. One would call the other a slut, the other in turn would call her some thing slightly more insulting, until their insults would get so gross one of them would fake having to hurl. Usually Elaina’s key insults that would really get to Ashley were the ones about Ashley’s brother. Elaina could be goofy, but most of the time she was just Elaina. Kelly tried to explain but it was impossible. Elaine was.... special.

"I'm not going to scold you like Giles would. God knows I put up with that enough. It’s just... I knew Jackie. And because of my stupid mistake at letting her go to that stupid 'N Sync concert alone, when I knew she was under hypnotism, but I just shrugged it off as paranoia. Now look, she and J.C. are high master vampires. I don't want to lose you like that," Buffy declared.

"Well," Elaina proclaimed practically yelling, "it wasn't like I had a choice, she jumped me!"

"Well, you better get to class, tell the others to meet in the library during your free," Buffy said with a slight...*was that a giggle in her voice? Why would she be so happy after scolding me like that. The only thing that could make Buffy giggle like that would be if Buffy were pregnant,* Elaina thought recalling what Buffy had told he one night about how she wanted children. *And it wasn't like Angel and she could have children. Could they? I mean that part of the spell wasn't exactly clear...*

After Elaina left Buffy's office, Buffy said to herself out loud, "I just don't know what I am going to do with that girl....OHMYGOD! I must sound like Giles," and with that she threw her head down on her desk.

"Hey, I'm her Watcher ya know," came a familiar voice.

"Hey Will," Buffy said with her head still on the desk. "Is Oz here yet?" she asked lifting her head.

"Nope," the auburn hair computer teacher/watcher to Elaina said. "He said for us to meet him in the library. So I'm here to escort you."

And with that they were off.

*I wonder how I'm going to tell them,* Buffy thought *Oh well it won't be that bad with Angel with me.*
