La Fantasma is one of the most annoying vehicles in the game. The best tactic to use with this vehicle is to set up a sniping position about 700 meters from an opponant and fire at them popping in and out of cloak as needed. This can often be kept up for quite awhile especially if you hide under a ridgeline.
If your opponant has a thermal jammer, of course, you will need to aim directly. Since Shrikes are the fastest missile, this should not be a problem if you are in direct line-of-sight, but proper evasive maneuvers must be taken.
Swapouts: Change armor to Durac and switch the ammo pack with an ECM or Thermal jammer if there are missiles around. Bring the reactor down to Delta and change the sensor to Infiltrator if needed more advanced concealment is necessary.
