Shipping Cost for a keyboard like KORG M1 kind of weight will normally estimated cost $150 & including local Local Bank charge fees.
Good time to call: Let s say you live on the West Coast. if it is 8 PM on your clock there, it is 12 Noon over here. if it is 8.am in L.A, Malaysia is at 12.00 midnight, you can call us for another hour, up to one o clock Malaysia. After that , we are closed for another 8 hours. To sum it up, do not call us before 4 pm West coast time, as our office is closed before that.If you hear a recorded message in English, just hang up and call us later.
Import tax: Most of what we sell fall under the "Sound Reproducing Device", taxed at 1.8 % only. or "Digital Audio Recorder" , taxed at 0.8 %.
Voltage compatibility: Malaysia voltage is 220 V. To use our gear in the US, you will need in some cases a transformer.Please note: some dealers may have an interest in telling you that voltage transformers do not do the job properly. To prove you the contrary, we have a list of clients using transformers in a pro environment with 0 problem. Just ask.

Warranty: All items sold, new, are covered for 12 months by their respective makers in Malaysia only. If you have a problem with a unit, ship it back to us and we will get it repaired but shipping costs will be on you.You can also have it repaired in the USA / Europe, etc but the maker will charge you for this, as he would on any unit past the 12 months warranty period.
Attention: Some of you talked to some references who would rather sell their stock instead of our. Fair enough. We heard of "problems with voltage converters" . Sorry Mr ......, there is no problem with the voltage converters we provide unless you forget to use them. Some references mentioned import duty being high. Yes. If you are in South America , the duty you will have to pay could be around 60 % of the invoice value. No point in buying anything then but if you want we can lower declare the value for you.
Some references are to be taken with a grain of salt...No names please, we still need you. It seems that E.T.Entertainment being out of the US makes a few people nervous about sending money. We understand. The reference system is therefore vital for us, but can also mean you may buy the goods somewhere else.
Regarding our prices: a misprint can always happen. If you notice a price that seems higher or equal to a US price, let us know straight away. Thank you
