Lord Malou, Master of Suffering, is a tall demon like creature that seams to have a dark past. Having numerous tattoos and piercing you can see that he likes pain, receiving and giving as well, could this possibly be how he became Hades's right hand man.
He was given the task of making sure that all souls are tortured and given their share in their damnation in hell. With all the new arrivals and all the old ones he stays pretty busy.
