- Panel 2: That's Auntie Blodwyn between Bill and Cyril, of course.
- Panel 3: There's Holly's friend, Shirley Tinch, from Issue 57.
- Page 4
- Panel 5: That spot was an apology for the "storm" (aka Titania) that split open Mary's grave. Her bones (well okay, somebody's bones) were strewn all over the place.

- Panel 8-9: Banister is evidently the last name of the Lloyd that holly was seeing when she met Bill. The details (some of them, anyway) of thos are disclosed in Issue 57. He's keeping the money from Holly's insurance policy because he holds Holly responsible for his impending divorce. Holly obviously had pretty bad judgement, boyfriend-wise.

- Panel 5: For new readers to the comic, Bill lost his right arm in the car crash that killed Mary Hunter. The new arm was magic; it faded.
