The End of the Millenium Letter
A. D. 2000

This year was an amazingly exciting year you betcha! Well, maybe not quite that exciting, but pretty darn exciting? Ok, maybe it wasn't exciting at all, but, well, here is what is.

First off, many of you know I have a ????-year (exact time classified) stint in a secret Earth identity, currently attending university while pretending to be a Human College Student. For the most part, this has been successful. I am now more familiar with much of Earth culture, although primarily from the bias of a few particular subcultural perspectives.

I'm using this knowledge in my new position as researcher for the Earth Edition of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Plus, I will liberally sprinkle this letter with cultural referents and slang I have gained in my experience.

I have continued to design websites, blatantly in spite of the fact I don't know what I'm doing Don't Ya Know Baby. (See my clever use of current slang?) Working with primitive 20th Century technology is not all tea and crumpets, you know. I've even received financial renumeration for my ignorance, for those who paid were even more ignorant than I was. You know what they say, there's a sucker licked every minute.

In other knews, The Loveshade Community that I was honored to be accepted into (and yes, they know I'm an alien) is getting nearer to getting our website up. It will be at http://www.loveshade.com. Currently you can see a few samples there of Things To Come, including humor, nudist philosophy, sci-fi, stuff for kids of all ages, and more new weird stuff that didn't fit into the original Principia Discordia.

Speaking of Binky the WonderSkull, he has finally, after 2 1/2 years, selected his fifth and FINAL (I do say final) pet. You can't see it yet, but it will be visible for one and all quite soon, probably just after the first of the year, A. D. Yeah, Baby!

In other exciting news, work is re-beginning on some stories of my little adventures and other things that mostly happen on Earth and in, well, a galaxy different than the Milky Way. Some may say they're fictionalized, but hey, what do those people know? When it's done, you'll get to learn more about me, Binky, Eleazer, my Starship Lorelei, Jorky Girl, and other fun stuff you didn't know you wanted to know. Even Mad Magazine has given us permission to use...well, let's save that for later. We've got well over 1,000 pages of notes so far, and the kettle is still brewing. (Aren't I getting good at Earth phrases?)

I guess that will be it for now. Don't want to give you too much at once. As they say in theatre, always leave the audience wanting smores!
