When you are calling upon the stream of Emotion, then you are calling upon the strength of Emotion. The strength of Love, Hate, Fear, Bravery, and anything inbetween. The strength of the Truth, the power of Lies, the emotions with which we decided to tell the truth or the lie. Why would you call upon the stream of Emotion? To gain Bravery, to cast Fear. To stir emotions already present in someone to shy to act upon them so that they will act upon them. And above all, to peer into the eyes of people, connect to their stream of emotion, and to see who they really are. Collecting the energy around you to get in touch with their stream of Emotion and know what they are feeling, know if they are being truthful or deceptive. For example you could think something like this "I am drawing energy from all around me. I am connected to the power of Emotion. Is this person lying to me?" Then as you feel the power within you get really observant and look right into their eyes. Peer straight into their very being and you will know because you will have just connected yourself to them. You will get some sort of "feeling" as to wether or not they are telling the truth.
