Since Edgar is a technical genius and the king of Figaro (a very technological castle), he has 7 intellect. He can handle a sword and fight well, so he's also got 5 fighting. He's a good buy for only 18 points with a 7 and a 5.
King of Figaro is a pretty basic OPD for rich characters. Air Anchor is a basic cannot attack card with a slight twist (move and your dust!). Chainsaw, I was debating with myself if I should just make it a 7 fighting attack, but its strong. Auto-crossbow is a basic AA special and debilitator is like Unlucky in Love.
