NRM VIDEO FINISHED !!!!
Madonna has just completed
her new video to 'Nothing Really Matters" with co star with
Ingrid Casaress. The two have come with this unique and provative
video about...lesbian lovers!!!!!!!
Ingrid, Madonna's longtime friend and past "lover"
approached Madonna in 1993 about a story that she had initailly
written for a Madonna video. Ingrid has said she wanted Madonna
to make this into a video for the song "Why's It So Hard".
But Madonna was too busy touring with "The Girlie Show"
and had just finished her final single from the Erotica
collection, Which was "Rain" at the time.
But Madonna was fasicnated by the storyline, especially written
for her to put in one of her videos. Apart from being flattered
that Ingrid had done it for her, she adored the storyline and
kept the draft and story board in holdings waiting for the right
song which it would be suited for best.
And Madonna has finally, after nearly 6 years.Found a song worthy
of it, "Nothing Really Matters". Its a video Madonna
puts as "unique, beautiful, visual,a fantastic story. Its about
the celebration of life."
The video apparently contains heavy gay themes in it.

LOTS OF PRESS STORIES TO REPORT!!!
From Liz Smith today: WE DON'T know how Madonna will look when
she sits down with Larry King at 9 PM on Monday night for CNN's
"Larry King Live," but we do know how she looks now on
the cover of Harper's Bazaar. Madonna is all into her new geisha
mode, with pale, pale skin, blood-red lips, reddish eye shadow
and sleek, super-straight black hair. Photographed by the great
Patrick Demarchelier, wearing Gaultier, M has never looked so . .
. enigmatic. As for her stint with Larry King, it is the first
time Madonna has appeared live on TV, chatting. And she'll take
questions from viewers, too. King, who has always considered
Madonna one of his "dream guests," is over the moon. He
says Madonna has agreed to "no ground rules - so I'll ask
her everything!"
From Adam Sandler for Reuters/Variety today: Rosie O'Donnell will host the 41st annual
Grammy Awards, and her friend Madonna will perform the opening
number on the Feb. 24 show. The two are the first key celebs to
sign for the music industry's biggest night, which will air on
CBS. Talkshow host O'Donnell will move her syndicated daytime
series to Los Angeles during Grammy week. The selection of
Madonna as the telecast's opening act is widely viewed as a brave
choice, considering the criticism aimed at her off-key
performance of ``Ray of Light'' at the MTV Music Video Music
Awards in September. O'Donnell's acceptance surprised Grammy
executives at the National Academy of Recording Arts &
Sciences. They had been negotiating with O'Donnell since Grammy
nominations were announced Jan. 5, and had been unable to strike
a firm deal. But O'Donnell told her studio audience during a
break in the taping Wednesday that she would be hosting the
ceremony. O'Donnell has also served as host of the Tony Awards
for the last two years.
From the Drudge Report today: MADONNA TO COME OUT SWINGING FOR CLINTON ON LARRY KING LIVE! Madonna has agreed to appear for the full hour of CNN's LARRY KING LIVE next Monday, in what will be her first live talkshow appearance. "She has a few things to say about the current political situation, and she will hold nothing back," a Larry King show source familiar with the booking negotiations tells the DRUDGE REPORT from Washington. "Madonna will express strong opinions against Republicans who are determined to impeach Bill Clinton," notes the CNN insider who asked not to be identified. Madonna and King are expected to become quick friends. King has been trying to book Madonna, who will take live phone calls during the program, for years. And King personally agrees with the pop star on the issue of Bill CLinton and impeachment. "I love the man," the talkshow host told this reporter during a passionate exchange at a recent party in Beverly Hills.

MADONNA, Tom Hanks, Sharon Stone and singer Lauryn Hill have teamed up for an Aids awereness campaign in Esquire Magazine. Madonna and Co are all on the cover shot of the mag. The four superstars said yes when they were approached to help spread knowledge about the illness - as each one is a committed supporter of Aids charities. Hanks played an HIV victem in the blockbuster movie Philadelphia, alongside Antonio Banderas, and won an Oscar for the role.
