The Encyclopedia Mythica - While not exactly an RPG link, this on-line encyclopedia is an amazing resource for GMs who like to do their homework. It contains thousands of articles about various world mythologies from Native American to Japanese to Aztec to Greek. Exactly the sort of site I've been seeking. It's definitely worth checking out if you have any interest in mythology. The only drawback is the server limits the number of hits in a given period, so you may have to check back a few times.
