T-Tech Plasma Shield

Damage: 5D6 MD for a swipe with the shield
MDC: The bracer that emits the 2 foot diameter plasma field has 20 MDC but is only struck if the attacker rolls 1 or 2 on a D10
Payload: 60 minutes per long E-clip 30 with short. (Each activation costs 10 minutes of charge)
Bonus: +5 to parry +3 to strike.
Parry Notes:

Same as Plasma Saber, except the shield can also parry ALL forms
of energy, including magic, and, psychic. But this is done so at a
straight roll, with NO bonuses. If parry is successful no damage is done.

Cost: 100,000 credits
