The Verification of the Taflaganide Consumption Pact

Article 1

All signers and co-signers hereby agree that MacGyver will consume one dixie cup filled with the substance referred to as Taflaganide. The signers and co-signers will be defined as: MacGyver (Consumer), Sandman (Chairman of the Board), Freddie (Legal Advisor), Richtor (Local Idiot) and three other witnesses, which must and will be present during the physical consumption of Taflaganide. If the consumption is not carried out by midnight of October 15, 1996, with all of the signers and co-signers present, then this contract, and all specifications made by this contract, will be subject to change.

Article 2

The current substance that has been known as Taflaganide will remain unchanged with the exception of substances that have cleared FDA specifications with the exception of cheese products. No substances that have been secreted by human, animal, or other living organic material may be added. No moss, hair, or other substances that are commonly inedible. No food that is patented for the consumption of animals other than humans may be added. Toxins, including, but not limited to, cleaning fluids, vhs tapes, plastics, Spam, glues, bone, microchips, glass, volcanic materials, PEZ dispensers, electronic devices, Tazers, precious metals, or paper factory by-products.

Article 3

Upon assemblage of all person(s) involved with the consumption of Taflaganide (signers, co-signers, and all who have compensated for viewing), the contract will be signed by all signers and co-signers, the Taflaganide consumption will commence. Videotaping, flash-photography, and audiorecording is permitted, but the results may not be sold for profit unless agreed upon by signers, specifically the Chairman of the Board and the Consumer. Person(s) that are permitted to be present during the Taflaganide consumption are those who have paid a minimum fee of $2 to the Chairman of the Board. The monies collected will be transferred to the Consumer upon completion of the following: The consumer must drink the amount specified in Article 1, consisting of a filled Dixie Cup, unless a minimum sum of $50 US dollars have been collected by the Chairman of the Board, in which case, the Consumer will ingest Taflaganide until vomiting is induced; The consumer must prove that he has ingested the specified amount of Taflaganide by opening his mouth, viewed and confirmed by the signers and co-signers, and displaying its contents (or lack thereof), not including outbound aerial vomit or similar projectiles, as long as the airborne projectile does not consist of unswallowed Taflaganide (In which case Consumer will be required to consume another equal quantity of Taflaganide. In the case of exhaustion of the Taflaganide supply, monies collected will be returned in its original quantity to the payees); Consumer must vomit. Monies collected will not be awarded to Consumer if unswallowed Taflaganide is discharged, unless members of the audience are at fault. If consumer is physically unable to vomit after successful ingestion of Taflaganide, members of the audience are expected and encouraged to verbally express the pre-defined ingredients in order to induce vomiting. After consumer has successfully completed ingestion of Taflaganide, and vomiting has been induced successfully, the Chairman of the Board will award collected monies for the presentation to the Consumer.

Article 4

Consequences of the violation of this contract will be judged by the Chairman of the Board, the Legal Advisor, and the Local Idiot. Punishment will be decided upon according to the violation. If the violator(s) is the Chairman of the Board, the Legal Advisor, the Local Idiot, or any combination of the above, then all non-violators will agree to punishment and guilt upon according to the violation. If situation arises that is not included in the above, appropriate decision will be made.

This contract is legally binding, and the following signers agree to each and every condition listed above:
