This is an adventure of two Oz characters who do not appear that frequently in my other stories, Betsy Bobbin (who was introduced in Tik-Tok of Oz) and Carter Green (who was introduced in The Hungry Tiger of Oz). They visit a small Kingdom, which, until the time of this story, had been unknown by the inhabitants of the Emerald City.
