The primary air-to-air weapon in the Legoverse inventory. The Ferox class is an agile, lightweight, multi-role dogfighter designed to rule the skies. Forward canards and variable angle tails make this a highly responsive craft. |

A majority of the active fleet inventory have been retrofitted with the pulsed-plasma cannon to augment the standard production models two class-2 laser cannon. Engines are two standard N/77-m High-Bypass Turbine units, though newer production models are incorporating the improved N/77-s type engine as found on the Deuteros class aircraft. |

The Ferox class aircraft are often used in conjunction with Deuteros class aircraft in providing escort for Assault Drop Ships. With its high service ceiling, the Ferox are tasked to protect the ADS force from near- orbit down to less then 5,000 meters before handing off to the Deuteros class. |
