-Well, I've decided where I want to go to college! Al Collins Graphic Design School in Tempe, AZ! Yes, it's far from where I live, but it seems like the best place right now! I'm nervous about moving to such a far away place, but I'm excited as well! Wish me luck!!
-I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED!!! Yes, I received my letter of acceptance to Al Collins TODAY (3-30-99)!!! So, it looks like I won't have to go to a five-year-long state college afterall! *Whew* I'm excited! Kinda nervous, too. Well, I graduate from High School in... 0 days and counting! I'VE GRADUATED!
-I'VE GOT A SCHOLARSHIP!!! (4-24-99) I sent in a submission to Al Collins' annual CD cover design contest, and out of 108 entries, I got 5th! I will recieve a $1000 scholarship! I'm so glad I got it! That pretty much gaurenteed that I will be able to go there! (My parents were having second thoughts) I'll keep you updated as I get more information!
-(5-2-99)Well, my official day of leaving home is July 10. Yeah, classes start pretty early at Al Collins, July 19! That gives me a couple of days to get settled in before it really hits the fan! *whew* I'm getting nervous!
-(5-6-99)Man, final exams are gonna kick my butt! *whew* Economics was a little tough today. Tomarrow I have English IV and Speech finals. Monday I have Advanced Math, and Tuesday I have Spanish I. I also have to finish my Economics final on Tuesday! Ugh! Well, only 8 more days! In graphics news, I'm seeing about using a friend of mine's scanner so I can put some of MY pictures on my page! I can't wait to show everybody. I'm pretty proud of them.
-(5-17-99)I'VE GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL! YEEEEEEHAAAAAAA! Yes, Sir, no more highschool for me! Let me brag about myself for a few sentences, hmmkay? I was 7th in my class of 97, I won the American Legion Award (whatever that is...), I had High Honors (high school avg. of 95 or above!), All A's All Year, and I received my diploma! Pretty cool, eh? Okay, I'll stop bragging now... YAHHHOOOOO!
-(5-31-99) I have a new addition to my graphics page... MY GALLERY! Yes, I've found a scanner in town and I've scanned some of my old images. Also, a friend of mine has told me how to save my pics on the Bryce demo, so I'm going to have more high-quality pics soon!
