#2 Indiana Jones
The Indiana Jones Trilogy is a great set of movies! They each have two great ingredients of any great series: action and humor! The Indiana Jones character (played by Harrison Ford) is a character everyone likes. Dr. "Indiana" Jones, Jr. is an archiologist and a college professor. His frequent expeditions always send him off chasing artifacts of every kind. Most of the time, the artifact is also chased by some unsavory villains, mostly the Nazis!
In the three movies, Indiana Jones searches for the Lost Ark, a magical stone, and the Holy Grail. In each case, he always ends up losing the artifact in one way or another and gaining the affection of a woman (except in the third movie-- the girl dies). The Indiana Jones movies are great fun, and I encourage anyone to see them for themselves!
