Fujiwa Art District - Neo Tokyo

Above, there's a flash of black light, and a slight 'poomfh' of air being forcibly pushed out of the way. This, of course, attracts attention upwards - to a small, fragile doll of a woman that's floating there. Impossibly pale skin contrasts with bright red accents - nails, lips and the flowing, concealing toga. And, in her hands, is an axe. A large pole axe, made of gleaming black stone. For a moment, things go silent in surprise, even quieting a few of the girls. Then, slowly, the poleaxe points downwards, at Twila. "The time has come. Be at peace." She raises the axe up high over her head, and begins spinning it with both hands, akin to a cheerleader's baton. Around her rises a mighty wind, quickly approaching hurricane-force. The random civilians and gawkers scatter, knowing enough to run.

Musical voice turning hard and cold, the hovering beauty cries out, "OPAL AXE - VORPAL STRIKE!" And she descends suddenly, a valkyrie out of the heavens with the intent to slay. And her target is Twila.

Twila Peterson lets out a startled yelp as she's scooped up within the android's arms as he takes flight from the unforgiving horde...only to be encountered with another malicious entity. And whether Paul would agree or not, the Stardroid is the far more dangerous between the two. The girl immediately goes pale as the grip she has on the android immediately tightens as the otherworldly visitor swoops to strike. "Paul..." She then suddenly lets go of him and attempts to break free of his hold. "You gotta get outta here."

Libra's howl cuts through the air with fierce intensity, indeed echoing off the walls of the buildings lining the street itself. As the air whips with her passing, her charge would seem unstoppable to any being that would seek to try and bring her charge to a halt. Even with her appearance, it would be debatable at this point if any being on the planet could possibly stop her charge upon the hapless target of none other than Twila herself.

But then again, the force that suddenly appears on the scene in a flash of light isn't of this world. For a split second, as Libra draws within range to strike down the frail human, there is another flash, followed by a sudden explosion of something coming into being. Forming from thin air, and taking little more shape that a yellowish, flowing -mass-, this strange globular form suddenly reaches upwards, almost as if a giant hand, moving to envelop Libra herself, beginning to flow around her form and gather itself together, starting to constrict into solidness, and forming a grip that no other worldly being could ever hope to match in sheer strength and power.

Twila Peterson ceases her struggling as she watches her would-be assassin be brought to a sudden halt...just when she thought she and her friend would have met a very untimely end. Letting out a breath she wasn't aware of holding she remembers to breath...and immediately fumbles for her radio as she remains within the android's arms.

Paul, actually the Master Plant Man in disguise, goes completely pale at this new development. What does he do? He runs. Doesn't even notice Twila's efforts to get free, and just outright /runs/ the other way, straight through the frozen mob of now-terrified teens.

(Ch. B []) Twila Peterson transmits: 'Anyone on duty...I'm in the Art District, by 7th and 9th I think. Libra's here!'.

(Ch. B []) Feedback transmits: 'Eh? Libra? Art Distrct? Twila, you okay?'.

(Ch. B []) Twila Peterson transmits: 'Oh, just dandy....if she woulda hit me with that lightening bolt just now!'.

(Ch. B []) Feedback transmits: 'What? Lightning bolt? That does it. I'm coming down there.'.

For a moment, Libra is visible within the mass, thrashing and trying to get herself free. Attempts which meet with total failure, as the goo holds tight against the strength of the tiny super-being. She does manage to gain her freedom, however, vanishing from within by way of another flash of light, reappearing similarly outside of the strange thing and on the sidewalk. Pointing at it with her poleaxe, she screams - voice not so melodic and beautiful now, but shrill and harsh. "How dare you interfere! You vex me! Oh, do you vex me...."

Feedback comes running in as fast as he can. He still needs to learn how to drive that hoverbike one of these days. Yeah, he can go around gimmicking the police's computers while he's sleeping and write an OS for the hunter's computers, but he can't drive a car. So whats wrong with this picture. Anyways, he's running towards where Twila said she was wondering what Libra's problem is.

Twila Peterson can probably be easily found since her radio is still online and the signal is still active. She continues to hold onto the android as he runs, managing, "I called for help..." while trying to catch another breath. Like a vice, the entrapping mass suddenly snaps shut as Libra vanishes from within, flowing once more, then expanding to create the rest of the being's form. No answer comes forth, until finally, the ovoid shape of none other than the largest Stardroid to ever exist appears. Even now, in what could be called perhaps the only display of partial aggression he has -ever- shown...his facial features are neutral. What facial features he -does- have for that matter...in the form of that single eye. Half lidded, it stares down at Libra for the longest moment, as if her screams were no more than casual conversation. Finally though, he -does- answer, voice so deep that it practically rattles the ground with it's intensity.

"You forsake the balance of that which you are sworn to uphold. Disruption of this balance will not occur. Your previous attempt has been documented, as well as this one. All attempts will meet with failure."

Twila Peterson then looks back behind them, eyes going completely wide as she let's go suddenly and points. "Paul, it's Eclipse...?"

Feedback spots both Twila and the two Stardroids. Kinda hard to miss those guys, they're big as some of these buildings around here, least Eclipse is. He runs over to the android carrying Twila and waves, "Heya everyone. Whats this I hear about Libra?...And what the heck is going on over there?" Points at both Eclipse and Libra.

This seems to do very little for Libra's demeanor. In fact, she's even more angry now. "Damn you, Eclipse! You know just as well as I do how dangerous she is! What she's going to cause! You know even better than I do, oh great Watcher. You and your refusal to act! For once, see clearly! Is your eye so clouded? Even I know the threat she is, and risk all of what I have gained to stop her! But you! You stand there and not only refuse to act, but prevented me from acting as well!" Uncharacteristically, Libra spits on the ground near Eclipse's 'feet'. My, she's livid today. First Zero stops her, then Eclipse. "Do not interfere with what I do! For all of our sakes!"

Twila Peterson manages to scramble out of the petrified civilians hold to greet Feedback as he makes his way over to them. Not that it's all to hard about now with most of the crowds dispersed. "It's Libra...she tried to kill me again. And Eclipse...he stopped her. She pauses to glance back over into the direction where the Droids are confronting one another, trying to calm herself down...or at least stop shaking. "Other than that...I don't know *what's* going on..." Paul is, quite frankly, frozen in terror, staring at the Stardroids.

Feedback nods, "Well, good to hear that your still in one piece. Hmm, I wonder whats going on over there with those two. Seems odd this Libra doing this all of a sudden. Wasn't she supposed to be the nice one or something?...Twila I'm going to go see what's going on. Think that you can make it back to base okay? Maybe go find Zero so he can keep Libra away from you?"

"Irrelevant..." Eclipse rumbles in return, a stark contrast to Libra's livid state, his tone is perfectly calm...if intense somewhat. But then again, that is completely what makes up his entire demeanor. "The danger she represents to your vision, to that of the operations that occur now, to their...and our existence. Irrelevant. Fate's hand will not be steered away once it has been deemed to be set in motion. My potential destruction is..." a brief pause, as if the very word were being considered. It's only a split second, though perhaps to the living database it's an eternity.

"...irrelevant. As is yours."

Another moment passes, as his single eye blinks once, and he continues. "You will not be permitted to bring harm to this subject. Further attempts will be futile, as this one has been today. You are well aware that I will know...." Again his eye blinks once, in that careful...knowing way that makes up his very being.

Somewhat...using Zero as some sort of talismen to ward of evil spirits maybe? "Feedback, it wouldn't matter where I go...not with *them*. I'd just be found. You know that." she gets out, referring of course to the Stardroids. Besides, despite her fear her curiosity is rising. Maybe they can learn something regarding this. And then there's Paul. The civilian is rather terrified by these events and rightly so.

Feedback nods and smiles, "Yeah, I know that Twila. But at least if you can find Zero or Rock or someone, they won't hurt you. I mean, I'm sorry to say it, but there's really not much that I can do to stop them, other than distract them hopefully long enough for you to go find someone that they fear or something. Wish there was more that I could do, but there isn't. And besides, everyone had a hard time when you just went on that vacation. They'd kill me if they found out that something actually happened to you."

Twila Peterson holds up her hand as the conversation between the two Stardroids continues unabated. "Feedback...wait, listen," she breaths, gesturing back to the unEarthly beings.

Paul shudders abruptly, and backs a few steps away from the two Stardroids . . . " . . . w-what /are/ those?" He asks of no-one in particular.

Libra snarls. Her strange behavior is rather suddenly matched by her appearance. The tiny, inexplicably fragile Stardroid's body changes. And not in a good way. Her hair floats upwards, splaying out as though she were underwater. It slowly changes from a silvery color to a shade of gray that can't help but be associated with the color of decaying, dead flesh. Her own skin begins radiating the black light that usually signals her teleportation sequence, but this time the glow persists, gaining in strength, turning the Stardroid and everything around her to strange colors, including Eclipse's massive body. Her rose colors - the nails, lips, eyes and toga - darken, turning a deep blood-scarlet. Her toga billows outwards, impossibly doubling her size as she floats upwards slowly. And she glares into that one, unmoving, half-lidded eye, not even trying to conceal the impassioned anger and pure, absolute hate she feels at the moment. And she speaks, very simply.

"While my blade may not taste her blood - she shall die. We will not be destroyed so easily, by such an insignificant one. And... we shall triumph." Her axe sheathes along her back, moving on it's own. "The Peacemaker shall do as she has always done. The Eternal War will not be finished here."

Twila Peterson then turns towards Paul somewhat distractedly. "Stardroids. You've...heard of them haven't you?" But whether he has or hasn't seems to be a moot point. Suddenly, she feels quite badly for placing him in danger as she had, no matter how unknowingly it was. "I--I'm sorry. Maybe it's best if you left..." she stutters out as she observes the frightening display. Then again, maybe Feedback was right. Maybe she should leave. Twila Peterson then mumbles, "Feed...I don't think you should be going over there..."

Paul shakes his head, coming a bit further out of his terror . . . although he's still afraid, and it shows. "Miss, I dont think my trying to leave would be any help . . . " His eyes widen as the world starts going weird colorwise. "Umm . . . that's trouble. Yes, that's trouble . . . . " A faint noise of sheer terror escapes his control.

Feedback smirks and then looks at Twila, "Don't worry about me. I don't think that they want me dead, well yet anyways. Besides, Sunstar said himself, if someone wanted to kill me they'd have to go and take out my counter-part or whatever thats supposed to mean. Besides, I'm just going to go see if I can get a better idea of what they're talking about. And get it on tape for the rest of the guys back at the base."

"It will be finished." Eclipse states flatly in response, the very words enough to rattle windows with its presence.

"It has been deemed thus, and so shall it transpire. The outcome will not change, and will not be changed. This is what has been set in motion, and this is how it shall progress, until it is concluded." Even in the glowing, eerie aura, Eclipse still stares back at Libra and her changed form as if he were talking to her in a calm, collected conversation. It's then that he shifts with movement, both arms, as thick around as railway cars proceed to cross over his gargantuan chest, as if to finally make his point. No, he's not arguing, not trying to press a point, he's doing exactly what he always has for that matter.

He's telling it like it is.

Twila Peterson furrows her brows as she continues watching and let's out a sigh. She knows from experience it's practically useless to argue with this one. "I'd...worry anyway. But...be careful, Feedback," she states, even as she steps a little closer to Paul to see if there's anything she can do to help calm him within his present state. But regarding the display in front of the small group...it's not likely.

Paul shudders again, visibly trying to calm down somewhat. "By the heavens . . . . any idea what they're talking about, Miss Peterson?" He makes an attempt at a smile that /utterly/ fails. "Might make this easier to take, I have to admit."

Feedback smiles, "Don't worry Twila. I'll be fine. You just make sure that you get someone from the labs to keep an eye on you till Libra goes bye bye. Preferably Zero or Rock since they seem to have some small part in those idiot Stardroids's plans. So, go on and don't worry bout me. I'll be fine." With that, Feedback starts over towards Eclipse and Libra. Camera in hand and he also tosses a bug to the side incase he's incapacitated, which will probably happen seeing as this is Feedback we're talking about here.

Twila Peterson bites her lower lip in response as the reploid makes his way over to the two Droids, wondering just how she should respond to Paul's inquiry. "I...It's about me. That female Stardroid...she convinced I should be done away with."

Ballade is also moving towards the Stardroids. Isn't he just keen. Infact, it appears as if he's walking right up to the Stardroids. Woo.

Libra boils over with rage. For a moment, she sputters impotently, something which ill suits her new and much more sinister form. Then, she acts her age. The lungs of a Stardroid are something to fear. And she uses them to their fullest extent - letting out a whining "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWARRRRRRRGGGGGH!" that literally causes the building she's facing to cave in from the force. Windows on buildings and cars literally miles away shatter in an instant, and reinforced steel bends before the truly insane force of her cry. It lasts for nearly a minute before she stops and gets control of herself again. The echoes, however, last for another ten.

But once it stops.. so does she. Returning to her normal appearance, Libra lowers to the ground, appearing now quite calm and collected. She then simply gives Eclipse a nod. "So you say. But I have others that have been set in motion, and they shall progress on their own. Unlike our fellows... I have no compunctions about the use of mortal minions. You prevent me, Eclipse. But you can not prevent them." And, with a slight curtsey to the Watcher, she promptly vanishes in a flash of black light once more.

Ballade raises his hand, and says in quite a forceful tone, "Excuse me." Oh yeah, that'll get some attention.

Paul covers his ears at Libra's scream, and ends up just /staring/ in that direction...especially upon seeing Ballade there. "...is he suicidal, or just stupid?" However, no trace of recognition shows in his expression.

Twila Peterson yelps and immediately covers her ears in pain at the shattering cry, brought to her knees until it's ended. But even then she keeps her ears covered until her ears stop ringing. She barely hears the android's question but sees to who he's referring, able to only shake her head at this point. Finally she gets out. "I don't know..."

Eclipse merely observes silently, even at Libra's scream, and all through her sudden outburst...as if he could stand there for a thousand years and listen to it without blinking an eyelash. If he had any for that matter. As she finishes, and states her own ultimatum, he still continues to stare silently, until finally she vanishes from sight. No words come from him in response. There's nothing to gain by talking to oneself. Such an acction would be illogical anyway. Still, Libra is correct in one issue...he -can't- interfere on the level of those who reside on this world.

But then, that's up to the others who live here to deal with those...not him. He's done his part.

Now, it's about now that Ballade happens to clear his throat for attention, and while Libra may have disappeared...it's still enough to get -someone's- eye. Namely, a great big eye, that shifts just enough to bring it's single gaze towards Ballade's form, the entire 2 story frame shifting at the same time as if to compensate for the sudden angle at which he has to look down. He dosen't even so much as query just what it is Ballade wants.

He just stares.

Feedback just continues to film, well until his lens break from Libra's scream. He mutters something and then goes about with pulling out his scanner. He hooks that up to his camera and then continues to record using the scanner to get some kind of image making a note to mute the tape when he gets to the part where Libra screams. Or, he's going to have one big headache when he gets to that part. He goes back to filming both Eclipse and Ballade documenting this event for future reference.

Twila Peterson stays there on her knees for a second or two longer before shakily rising to her feet, staring at the sight as well. She swallows...hard before glancing over towards Paul. "Y--You alright?"

Ballade stares right back at the big Lumux. Bull if he's gonna be fazed by some over grown rock monster. Igniting his dash jets, Ballade leaps up onto a higher ledge, coming eye to eye, as it were, with this big monster, crossing his arms. The elite's eyes blaze with an inner fury as he says calmly, "I'd like to talk."

Paul nods slowly, his eyes wide as he stares at the scene unfolding . . . something sinks in, however, and his gaze snaps to twila, obviously worried. "Yes, I am, but are you, Miss?"

Twila Peterson casts her gaze momentarily towards the ground. "As I can be for the moment.." Although she's beginning to wonder if she's been alright for a few weeks now...

Once again, Eclipse stares for what seems like an eternity without saying anything, his gaze indeed shifting to follow Ballade's course as he leaps up onto the ledge for a more...face to face approach. Finally though, he again speaks, voice rattling those glass shards that litter the street below.

"Idle conversation is not a function for which I am capable of fullfilling. However...state your purpose so I may evaluate the possibility of response." Feedback pages: Anyways, thanks for the compliment. I'll take it as such. :>

Feedback walks closer still filming those two talking to each other. He's having a pretty good time since he hasn't gotten blown up yet. He's wondering who this other person who entered is, seems a bit familiar and well, dash jets aren't something you see on every joe android or reploid in the city. Curious if nothing else.

Twila Peterson then bites her lower lip. After casting a glance towards Paul she takes a step towards the remaining Stardroid...then another...as well as another. Despite her better judgment she begins to approach him...

Ballade nods, his focus never wavering. As he speaks, a gust of wind comes by, blowing his black and purple hair around. "I have a duty to fulfill. At this point, it's to gather information on your kind. The one known as Terra had spoken of a judgment... of yourselves. That you had been taking to active a role. I want to know when this will happen, and what the results could possibly be?" Ballade adds, "As unlikely as it is that you will answer, I am sworn to try anyway."

Paul slowly follows after Twila . . . worried, but unable to let Twila into danger without /some/ chance of help. "M-miss Peterson, is this at /all/ wise?" Twila Peterson waits for Paul, at least comforted in the thought that this particular Stardroid isn't intending to bring any harm...or so it would seem. "I...don't know, Paul. And I'm not even certain he'll answer. But...I need to ask anyway..."

Eclipse falls silent as the question is asked, truly having no part of his body that can 'blow' with the stray wind that's kicked up. Though one could swear they see his form ripple slightly. His single eye blinks once then, as he answers upon opening it once more.

"A timeframe, by which your definition would be, is impossible to place. It will happen...when it happens. As for what will happen, even that is not information of which I possess, yet I shall. Once it occurs, I will be able to document it, and add it to my database." One could almost swear there's -something- in the giant's voice then...anticipation? Or maybe it's something else. With this being, emotions are all but impossible to read.

Paul swallows, but speaks. "M-miss . . . what could you /possibly/ ask him?"

Feedback continues to advance completely unaware that Twila's following him. He's thinking of what Civy Ballade is doing and wonders if Eclipse would answer his question. Course, no way to know unless he asks. As such, he continues forward eyeing the Stardroids wondering what the best way to catch his attention would be. Well, back to the tried and true method of Feedback. He'll simply yell at the guy, that usually gets anyone's attention, "Hey you. Yeah, you the big two story Stardroid. Down here!" Feedback then waves both his hands jumping up and down trying to get Eclipse's attention.

Twila Peterson emits a sigh. "Any information that pertains to this 'judgment day' I already know he won't answer. But, I have to know..." She cuts herself off as she nears where Feedback is currently attempting to gain the titan's presence...thinking it's best if she waits her turn unless Eclipse shows signs of readily leaving. Besides...speak up too soon and Feedback may send her away.

Eclipse's attention is indeed shifted once more however, as Feedback vies for it, and indeed receives it. Once more the tiatnic Stardroid shifts, and once more his eye pans downwards, centering on the single reploid.

And once more he makes no inquiry about what it is he wants. He just stares, waiting for him to state his purpose.

Ballade stares at Eclipse. "You answer everything and nothing at the same time... impressive. You intervene with the immature one. She intervenes with us? Once again, you Stardroids break your boundary of neutrality... forget your own duty. How can you expect to Judge us when you yourselves do so much more than watch? Intresting. It's coming... and the timeframe will be soon. I fear the consequences." Taking the risk that no one got a good look at him... it would be near impossible to, really, with as fast as he came in and went up the building. The wind also. Ballade transforms before jumping back to the ground. Ballade returns to his normal form.

Feedback smiles as the tried and true method works. He then goes about making sure the recorders working and then goes to ask a question, "Heya, Eclipse is it? Yeah, your that guy who likes to take our information from our computers. Hows that working out for ya? Anyways. You think that you could gimme a few ideas on how I could keep this Libra person from killing my friend Twila? I kinda like her in one piece and would really appreciate if you could tell me how I'm supposed to keep her that way. Um, any suggestions?"

Eclipse's answer is surpassingly....immediate. He almost always seems to respond after thinking a question through for what seems like an agonizingly long time. Not this time however.

Ballade's words however are noted and recorded out of the corner of the Stardroid's awareness, as if documented to keep an eye on the activities of -other- certain Stardroids for that matter.

"The danger she suffers from Libra in person is null and void. She cannot harm her while I am aware of her actions. And I am aware of ALL of their actions. It is not from her that her danger comes, but from her minions that walk this planet, whom my jurisdiction does not extend to. That...is something that must be dealt with on the level of ones such as yourself."

Ballade looks over at Feedback, crossing his arms to listen to Eclipse's words.

Twila Peterson presses her lips together as she inwardly digests that. "Is...she the only one of your kind who feels that I should be killed, Eclipse?" she asks slowly...

Feedback smiles as Eclipse answers and is surprised at his response speed. First time he's answered without taking a minute or so to think it over. Feedback makes sure he gets that on tape and then smiles, "Thanks for the tip Eclipse. I'll just have to make sure that no two bit punk tries to hurt my good friend Twila. Well, shouldn't be that hard as long as its not a Stardroid." Feedback then notices Ballade and wonders where he came from. He tapes a few seconds of him before noticing Twila. Yup, having your head buried in some camera is not good for ones perception of his environment, "Oh, Twila. Uh, didn't I tell you to go back to the labs or something? Well, guess that doesn't matter anymore. Least if this guy isn't lying to us that is."

Again Eclipse's attention swivels...and again he answers another question, apparently this being within his programming as something that he -can- answer safely. "There may be others..." he states matter-of-factly. "However...she is the only one who has been documented willing to act upon such an impulse. Irrationally..." He adds the last part as an afterthought. "..to do so however will meet only with failure. Action from another Stardroid will...not be permitted."

Again, it's stated matter of factly, yet even then one has to wonder. Has Eclipse just said he won't let any of the other Droids harm her?

Twila Peterson offers Feedback an apologetic look, not knowing how to answer. Yes, he did tell ehr to go back. But heck, this concerned her too. She then looks back up towards Eclipse. "And those who lead your...kind?"

Silence at first...as if even Eclipse has to REALLY think this over. Once more his single eye blinks...and finally...

"They will not upset the balance."

Twila swallows. "And...if they did?"

Feedback sighs slightly before turning back to Eclipse getting what he said on tape, "Well, guess it doesn't matter." He then focuses on what Eclipse is saying again, "Well, that's certainly nice to hear, isn't it, Twila. We've only got one psycho that's trying to kill you. And of course she's doomed to failure if what Eclipse here says is true." And there we go again with the balance crap. Yup, every encounter he's had there's been this balance mentioned. Even when he's being kicked around by Stardroids they preach about the balance. Twila's question is only further answered with the simple words that come from the gargantuan Stardroid's form...those that are not meant to reassure, not meant to give her some sort of hope, but only to state a fact as he would know it.

"They will not."

Feedback smiles, "Okay. I like this guy. Least he seems to be telling the truth. Not like that two bit liar Libra who says that she wants peace. Pff, peace, yeah right. Just another politician, only this one can nuke the planet with a thought. So, willing to tell us anything else Eclipse?"

Twila Peterson pauses...willing to ask one more question, just one. "And, is the balance the same...no matter who sees what of it? Or...is it open for debate?" Possibly not the most articulate...but it's the only way the girl knows how to ask. She then falls silent as Feedback does what he is known for the best...talk.

Feedback mutters some more, "And least this guy doesn't try to take out my friends just because their either bored or just can."

"The balance will have the same result no matter the path that is taken." Eclipse states simply. "While the path may deviate from time to time, it will always turn in the right direction to complete the circle full." It's then that Eclipse uncrosses his gigantic arms, letting them drape at his sides, as his form begins to shift once more, actually starting to break down. Not even so much as a 'I have to go' comes from him. He simply begins to break into pieces before the very eyes of those present.

Feedback of course gets it all on tape. He grins and then watches as Eclipse disappears before thinking to himself about the latest plan he just cooked up. Yup, a fairly good idea given the situation. He flips off the camera and then looks over at Twila, "Well, that certainly went well, don't you think? Least now we know that Libra won't be causing us any trouble."

Twila Peterson nods slowly, as if to herself. So, what the Stardroids have been proclaiming is the end result is ultimately...unalterable. An absolute. The girl observes Eclipse as he begins to take his leave within his own unique way before turning towards the Hunter. "Yeah...it is. Just...er 'agents' whoever they happen to be. And judging by who she's been seen with, I have a feeling I know who some are...or where they can be found. The United Nations..."

Paul just . . . . watches all of this, his confusion showing clearly. Shaking his head, he finally asks. "Anyone care to give me at least /some/ idea of what's going on?"

Twila Peterson then answers Paul, "It's...hard to explain really..."

Paul sighs, rubbing the back of his head . . . in habitual annoyance, he brushes his hair back from his face. "...should I not ask, then?"

Feedback looks over at Paul now then at Twila, "Um, who's your friend Twila? Don't remember seeing him around here before."

Twila Peterson pauses for a long moment before simply stating, "Judgment day..." before responding to Feedback. "Feedback, meet Paul. Paul, Feedback. Paul's a civilian who helped get me to safety yesterday during the turmoil in Cairo.

Feedback detaches the scanner from his camera and then pockets it before smiling and extending his hand towards Paul, "Well, nice to meet ya Paul. Appreciate you helping Twila over in Cairo. So, you live around here? I've gotta add you to my list of people to send cards too when the next holiday rolls around."

Paul gives Feedback a polite bow. "It is nothing that any other would not do for such a lovely lady." Naive? A tad. "No, I'm just here for a bit of off time after a dilivery run. . . . . " His hair flops into his face again, and with an annoyed grunt and shoves it back from his face . . . and visibly winces when he looks at the watch on that wrist. "Miss Peterson, it is a pity we can not seem meet under less stressful circumstances."

Twila Peterson lets out a brief sigh of weariness. "It's...been a night tho. Think it best if I started getting home."

Paul blinks, then gives Twila a sheepish grin. "Well . . . that is one advantage, but I don't think I'd recommend this way of getting rid of them to anyone . . . or go through it again." He nods. "And I must admit, I'm overdue to check in with my boss . . . . Would you like me to walk you back to the teleporter?"

Twila Peterson casts a glance towards the Hunter. "That...won't be necessary. If Feedback's willing...I think I have my escort."

Feedback blinks and well is surprised by that, "Uh, okay. Yeah, guess that I'd be willing to do that. Sure why not."

Paul nods, and gives Twila a graceful bow, doing the normal impatient gesture of brushing his hair out of his eyes afterwards. "Then fare thee well, Miss Peterson...hopefully, our next meeting will be more pleasant. And fare thee well, Feedback...be sure to guard Twila well, please." And with this the bishonen android turns and heads off...after about thirty feet or so, he visibly jumps, and starts running. The reason why becomes apparent when another horde of female high schoolers come tearing out of a set of stores and into squealing pursuit. Paul, is /very/ quickly out of sight, the teens soon afterwards.

Hey everyone. Just me again here to tell you of another recent development. So, do I have your attention yet? No? Well, guess nobody would be interested about those recent attempts on Twila's life. Cause that's sorta what this report was about. Wait, so now I have your attention. Well, that's great. So, anyways getting back on topic here. Just a little while ago, I responded to a little radio call that Twila made. Nothing major, just Libra trying to kill her again. Thankfully this time, another Stardroid decided to interfere and stop here. Good thing too, hate to see Twila get hurt just like the rest of ya. Anyways, turns out that this other Stardroid is none other than our good friend Eclipse. Nice guy really, the only one of those tin plated bucket heads that tells the truth. Well, interested on why I say that he's the only nice one I know of? Well, lets see here. That phoney Libra turned out to be just another politician. Only this politician could vap most of us without even trying. And her preaching about all this 'peace' and whatever else you wanna call it. Then, she turns around and tries to kill none other than our good friend Twila Peterson. I mean, come on. Who'd wanna hurt Twila? You'd have to be a crazy idiot to want to do that. Which profiles all those RMs, Mavs, and Stardroids rather nicely don'tcha think? Anyways, I was able to have a small chat with Eclipse and hear him guarantee that Twila would not be harmed by one of his kind. Nice guy, huh? He's guaranteeing that no Stardroid going to be picking on her again, though, I dunno if this applies to this Chaos fella. He seems like he doesn't care who's toes he steps on to achieve his goals. Anyways, he also mentioned that Libra would not directly hurt Twila, but he hinted that she might have some agents that would be more than happy to eliminate Miss Peterson for her. Now, this I know is a problem, but nothing we can't handle. Just be sure to make sure that no idiots get anywhere near the labs and that we don't let any bombs in and we should all be fine. Not quite sure who Libra might have as an operative, but when you think about the people she's been hanging around lately you might get an idea of who might be working for her. So just be sure to stay sharp and not to let any wandering fools into the labs. Well, that's about all I have to say on the topic for now. As usual, if anyone wants to discuss anything that I report about, just gimme a buzz on the radio and I'll show you the recordings I have or just chat about the stuff I talk about here. Well, time for this reploid to get himself some much needed sleep. This is Feedback signing out for the night.
