Kagura

One of Naraku's multiple detachments, she is as free-spirited as the
wind and detests being in such a state of servitude. However, since
Naraku holds her heart, she cannot fight against him. Kagura controls
the wind with her fans, and despite the fact that she appears very
weak, she is a powerful enemy. She can also fly upon the feather she
wears in her hair by enlarging it.
