Flora looks at the desert girl curiously,"Welcome to Amber," Flora gushes enthusiastically. "Tell me how you found our home here?"

Zariya inclines her head, "Thank you." She glances around the room, then refocuses back on Flora. "I find Amber very beautiful. As I told His Majesty, it will present many opportunities for a young one such as myself." She pauses, and might have added more, but...

Flora waits for her to finish politely but when it is obvious that Zariya is finished, she responds warmly,"I should give you a nice tour of the City and the Palace. I loved doing those in the days before Finndo overthrew Random." she gushes,"I remember that I took the Corey family lawyer Bill Roth for a tour."

She smiles and says,"He was a dashing gentleman. He recently moved to Texorami with Random. Random has retarded the aging process so he will be able to be one of the few to escape the traps of the Thelbane and Haven lawyers."

"A tour would be most welcome," Zariya replies, crossing her arms and glancing about the room again. "Amber seems very large, and I'm sure it would be quite easy for one to get lost here...without a guide."

"Not large enough. Rory still won't get lost," Flora says lightly,"And I have been trying to get Julian lost for years."

Zariya laughs politely at the joke.

"Did you have a pleasant trip?" she asks just as soon as Zariya finishes her reply....

Zariya inclines her head again. "It was short. I used a Trump, I believe it is called. However," she adds quickly before Flora asks another question, "I wish I would have traveled by some other means. The countryside here that I have seen so far is simply delightful."

"There is much of that." Flora says,"I have many nice villas and manors. Some of them were recently inhabited by Chaos carpetbaggers who took off like the fiends that they are when Finndo and Jasra's influence was lifted by the glorious return of King Oberon."

"I am planning a village festival tour next summer," Flora says,"I should take you with me there, dear."

Zariya smiles. "That would be pleasant, if my other duties do not get in the way."

"Any time."Flora says generously. "I can be reached at my suite. Daddy says I can keep my Lady in Waiting."

Zariya continues to smile, though it fades slightly, "Many thanks, my honored Aunt." She glances around, "But if I may be so rude, I think there are many more people here I should talk to."

"But they will be never as interesting as me." Flora assures you, as she heads off,"Which of your cousins have you met Zariya?"

"Jared only," Zariya replies. "He and I arrived at nearly the same time, almost the same place." She gives a small shrug, "We talked as we were shown our rooms. "

"You must get to meet them." Flora tells Zariya expansively waving her arms,"Jada grew up as a sailor girl and a commoner which is most quaint, Rory was a pirate, Alexis was a wealthy socialite who loved to make pizza for the peons."

Zariya listens, and nods when Flora is finished, "Then, may I excuse myself from your presence so that I might meet my cousins?"

"Of course, Zariya." Flora elegantly smiles and indicates the main grouping of her nephews and neices. "I am sure they have much to discuss."
