(Thelbane City) King Kenneth made a personal edict today declaring that all Thelbane nationals who are not on essential government business are to leave Amber City and areas of the Kingdom of Amber that are declared unsafe.
Lamar, the Prime Minister and confident of the Thelbane Monarch said it bluntly,"Get out of Amber City Now. We are next. Move to the Amber Islands if you have to stay in the Kingdom of Amber."
This move came as a response to recent hostage takings where Amber City Mayor Princess Zariya began charging them with spying and sending accompanying ransom notes to foreign governments of NS, Haven and Rolandae, all three GPC members.
Thelbane has hired transports to move all GPC and allied nationals who want to transfer with their goods and chattal to the Amber Islands. Transports began moving within minutes of the Haven response to Zariya.
