The Princess Zariya, in response to the attack on the Acquitanian Fleet and subsequent mistreatment of Caine sympathizers in Garnath, offers refuge for those chased out of their homes. Refuge will be provided on the outerside of the Paolo line in Caine territories.
"It is a terrible tragedy," she was quoted as saying, "There is no need to abuse people simply because their opinions differ from your own."
