(Amber City) The Royal Amber Navy has just increased its size 5000X in one dramatic turn of events. Prince Caine who denied having large private navies inside the Golden Circle was forced to reflag his ships with the Unicorn Ensign in order to prevent Rolandae was waging a terrible war of revenge on him.
The Royal Amber Navy represented by Gerard took control over thousands of ships of the line and other smaller vessels. Gerard also reflagged a couple thousand of his merchantmen and warships as well under the Amber flag. Caine officers and men swore allegiance to Oberon as Amber's dread leige and Commander in Chief.
The Rolandae Navy continued on its vengeful hunt to destroy any seagull flagged ship while respecting the treaty with Amber. Speculation is that Oberon is the big winner in this recent series of crises.
Meanwhile a large scale cash influx from Acquitania and Caine's privy purse has stablized Amber's debt crisis and actually forced Suhuy to raise Amber's credit rating. However almost all of Amber's business is now in clusters and is no longer in the Amber capital. The Amber Islands, like Hong Kong is now a contained element where pro Chaos elements can exist openly. The Embassies, the news media, the banks, are all headquartered again here on the islands under Brand's son Rory.
It seems that Oberon was wield ing a two handed sword and making two fisted victories in Amber.
