It seems that the Rolandae High Seas Fleet is rooting out hidden locations of Caine's ships in the Golden Circle and then destroying them with terrifying overwhelming force. The harbours and bases of Caine's fleets and corsairs are being systematically reduced to rubble by the terrifying 20" naval guns of the Rolandae Battleships.

Lord Gram on behalf of Oberon of Amber regrets this terrible fratricidal strife between his son and his grandson and hopes everyone can just get along. Lord Gram also notes that any ship that is flagged with the Royal Amber Ensign is safe and protected from this terrible little war.

Prince Gerard as head of the Royal Amber Navy, said that he is turning over all of his private fleets in the Golden Circle and those of Julian's over to the Royal Amber Navy as he suspects that Rolandae will schedule them and their crews for elimination in their traditional pattern. "We have flagged five thousand of my merchantman and ships of the line."

Lord Gram announced that the Royal Amber Navy is now at ten percent of the pre Finndo numbers and is looking forward to further growth and expansion. He noted that Gerard and Caine's flagged naval stations are now Amber territory and are now immune to Rolandae retaliation.
