Please find enclosed, with apologies, a permit for the use of the High Commissioner to Garnath and Ambassador to Neuvo Sangre, in pursuance of the King's business. Please note this permit is gratis and valid for six months.

Assist in the work of the Postmasters by carrying the permit with you at all times when travelling the King's Highway, as all travellers may be required to produce it for inspection.

I thank you for your apology. It is only natural that as we are all spreading out wings and finding a place for ourselves in our mother land that we cross paths at some points. The incident is forgotten.

I offer my humble thanks to you for the permits. Please send any receipts to the King's office for any charges incurred, and a copy of the receipts for my own office.

I have one request of you. Please establish a Postmaster office as soon as possible in Viallevale. We have need of one here, to send mail and buy permits for travel.
