The Ardor Military District, defined as the continent of Ardor and all waters out to a distace of 100 nautical miles, has been declared a hostile fire zone. Non-belligerent cargo convoys are required to register to receive Amber fleet escorts before entering the District. Registration may be performed at the Horns of Hathor, or the fleet marshalling bases at Paramis Island or Northpoint Naval Base. Ships entering the District without escort may be seized and impounded at the discretion of the commander.
The schedule of fees for escort will be posted at the marshalling bases. Payment for escort will now be made directly to the Ardor Military District Command.
