Astarael was born in Tilek Hold, to the North. She was the daughter of
the Lord Holder there, but didn't enjoy it at all. She was thrilled
when, at 14 years old, a dragonrider Searched her for a Hatching at Igen
Weyr. There she Impressed a large, deep colored green, Saraneth. As
soon as her dragon was old enough to go /between/, she and Saraneth were
transfered to Starfire Weyr, where they live today.
Astarael has dark brown hair and a dark complexion. She has striking
green eyes, the same shade as Saraneth's hide. Astarael has a good
heart, but she also has a temper. She doesn't get mad too often, but
when she does, no one can calm her down. She is 5'6", and very strong.
Not considered gorgeouse, but definitely striking, in a different way.
Now Saraneth is 1 1/2, a senior weyrling, and Astarael is 15.
