Mimi was from our first show bred litter, out of the #1 Golden in 1985 "Jake" and our foundation girl "Desi". Mimi was a gorgeous and very substantial girl. She did not fit in with the majority of other bitches at the time, which were small and feminine. She pointed but I knew she would never pull the Major wins required to complete an AKC championship, so instead of a show career she became an influential brood bitch for us here at RDO.
