Kombat Zone Select
With this code you can go to the 28 battle zones in the games. First, select Sonya on the character select screen. (The lady in green, no mask.) and push Up and Start on the control pad or stick. If done correctly you'll see the message on the screen that you can select your kombat zone. To do this press left or right on the control pad or stick.
Play as Shao Khan
To do this select any character in the Kave, Pit 3, and the rooftop. Before the match begins push and hold these buttons: High punch, Low punch, and Down on the control stick. The selected character you pick will turn into Shao Khan if done correctly.
Here are some of the special moves for Shao Khan
Knee/Hammer
Knee Upercut: Press Down,Down,Foward and high kick
Hammer: Down pn ypur foe, press Foward, Back, Back, and High Punch.
Hammer Time (Finishing Move)
Stand at sweeping distance and press Foward, Foward, Back, and High Punch
Play as Motaro
Select any character when you are going to play in the Balcony Stage or Jade's Desert. Before the match begins press and hold the High Kick and Low Kick buttons and Back on the Control Pad. Motaro will appear if you done the code correctly.
Here are some of the special moves for Motaro
Fireball/Power Punch
Hold low kick and then release to send a glaming greeting.
To do the power punch. Press foward three times and high punch to perform a power punch.
Decapitation (Finishing Move)
Press Foward four times and then High Kick.
Play as Human Smoke, and Secret Option Menu #1
First select smoke. Before the match begins push and hold High Kick, High Punch, Block and Back on the control pad before the match begins.
On the story text screen enter the following sequence: High Kick, Low Kick, High Punch, Low Punch, High Kick, Low Kick, High Punch, Low Punch, Block, Run. Select the blue question mark in the option menu. This will give you the option of turning off/on the Level Select, Throwing, Unlimited Runs, Bloody Kombat, Even turning off/on Human Smoke, and Khameleon.

With rwo controllers plugged in to the N64, player one selects NoobSaibot and player two chooses Rain, Press Up and Start to activate the random player selection. The random select message appears and your new kombatant is chosen for you.
Secret Option Menu #2
On the story text screen press High Punch, High Kick, Low Kick, Low Punch, Run, Block, Block, Block, Run, Run.
Select the red question mark on the option menu. In this option menu you can choose to take off Free Play, Fatality Time, Collision Boxes, 1 Round Matches, 1 Hit Deaths.
Unlimited Continues
Enter the this code on the attract screen menu. It is the one that says. "For Nine Generations...." and some other stuff on it. Enter Down, Down, Up, Up, Right, Right, Left, Left. When lose the match "Freeplay" appears on the screen and you can keep fighting.
Secret Endurance
Highlight Kano. (The guy with the half metalic face.) and then push Down and Start. When the screen shakes, the code is activated. The four endurance ladders, but they have the same rankings as before, such as Novice or Master.
Other Special Moves
Rayden (Reverse Lightning): Press Foward, Down, Back and Low Punch to blast your opponents from behind.
Baraka (Blade Fury): Foward, Down, Down-Foward and Block.
Babality and Fatality
Wait until your opponet has completed the Babality controller sequence. Just before you turn into a baby, press and hold High punch, High kick, Low punch, and Low kick simultaneously. If your timing is correct, you'll change the Babality into a Fatality. It can only be used by the person who was doing the Babality
