- Discril-class Attack Cruiser: The Discril-class vessel was the standard attack cruiser of the Daupherm Marines (during the Daupherm-Boton Conflict). It is slowly being phased out - scrapped, modified, mothballed or sold to less advanced markets. It is 85 meters long and requires a crew of 201 (includes 51 gunners), but with a command skill of 45 can operate with a skeleton crew of 75. It carries 15 Authority Espotroopers. It has a hyperdrive rating of
3, a maneuverability rating of 55/70, and is not atmosphere capable. The weapons complement consists of 5 laser cannons (damage is 200 each) in turrets, 3 tri-particle beamers (damage is 150 each), and 3 tri-laser cannons (damage is 200). The hull and shield strength ratings are 200 and 50, respectively. Cost is 170 points.
- Etti-class Lighter: The Corporate Sector Authority Etti-class lighter is an unremarkable medium freighter converted to a patrol and interdiction vessel. Several other territorial governments have adopted the Etti lighter as a local space patrol ship, or followed the CSA's lead and started converting heavy freighters to patrol ships. It is 125 meters long and looks just as ugly as you would expect a converted freighter would appear. It requires a crew of 38 (includes 13 gunners), but with a command skill of 45 can operate with a skeleton crew of 15. It carries 15 Authority Espotroopers. It has a hyperdrive rating of 2 (but the navicomputer is limited to 4
jumps), a maneuverability rating of 50/65, and can travel at 800 km/h in atmosphere. The weapons complement consists of 10 quad laser cannons (damage is 250) and 1 turret-mounted tractor beam (beam strength is 200). The hull and shield strength ratings are 150 and 100, respectively. Cost is 200 points.
- Invincible-class Dreadnaught: This ancient cruiser is still in use by the Corporate Sector Authority as part of the Picket Fleet. It is 387 meters long, and requires a crew of 1,210 (includes 144 gunners) and a character with the "archaic ship piloting" skill to operate. It carries 142 troops for internal defense. It has a hyperdrive rating of
2, has a maneuverability rating of 60/75, is exceptionally slow at sublight speeds, and
is not atmosphere capable. The weapons complement consists of 12 laser cannon (damage is 100 each), 30 quad laser cannon (damage is 300 each), 6 concussion missile tubes (damage is 150 each), and 6 tractor beams (beam strength is 200 each). The hull and shield strength ratings are 165 and 100, respectively. Cost is 210 points.
- Marauder-class Corvette: Marauder corvettes are among the most common capital ships in the Corporate Sector Authority's Picket Fleet, though some have begun falling into the hands of smugglers and pirates. They are excellent starships for system patrol and smuggling interdiction - typically deployed in pairs -- but not powerful enough for fleet engagements against the Imperial Navy. This 195 meter long light cruiser is aerodynamically streamlined. It requires a crew of 172 (includes 48 gunners), but with a command skill of 45 can operate with a skeleton crew of 52. It carries 40 Authority Espotroopers. It has a hyperdrive rating of
2, a maneuverability rating of 50/65, and can travel at 850 km/h in atmosphere. The weapons complement consists of 8 double turbolasers (damage is 250 each) and 3 tractor beams (beam thrust is 200), but there are mounting points for up to four additional turbolasers if a larger power generator is installed. It carries 2 landing barges for ground actions and 1 squadron of starfighters (12 fighters per squadron, typically Authority IRD fighters). The hull and shield strength ratings are 165 and 115, respectively. Cost is 230 points.
- Modular Conveyor: Designed by Allegra Enterprise Systems, this standard medium freighter was designed to transport class-E cargo containers. They can be quickly snapped in and out of its framework, which looks like a fish skeleton when unloaded and a formula racer when loaded.. It is 254 meters long. It requires a crew of 6 to operate (includes 2 gunners). Standard armament is 2 twin laser cannons (damage is 180 when fire-linked, 140 when fired separately). It has a 58,000 metric ton cargo capacity (all loaded in class-E containers). It has a hyperdrive rating of
3, a maneuverability rating of 75/90, and can travel at 750 km/h in atmosphere. The hull and shield strength ratings are 220 and 100, respectively. Cost is 100 points.
- Muurian Transport: This 81 meter long transport looks like a "+" shape, and has very good armament and defenses for a stock freighter. It requires a crew of 7 to operate (includes 4 gunners), and can accommodate 8 passengers. Standard armament is 4 twin laser cannons (damage is 200 when fire-linked, 160 when fired separately). It has a 17,000 metric ton cargo capacity. It has a hyperdrive rating of
3, a maneuverability rating of 60/75, and can travel at 750 km/h in atmosphere. The hull and shield strength ratings are 265 and 100, respectively. Cost is 130 points.
