• Marina was the progeny of Anakin Skywalker and a mistress.
• She was raised on Dagobah by the Jedi Master, Yoda.  At the age of 15, Yoda bestowed the title of Jedi Master upon her and she left Dagobah.
• One year later, she began attending the Imperial Academy on Carida as Rachel O'Conner (she looked much older and mature than her true age).
• She trained at the Carida Academy for two years and then received orders to serve on board the first Death Star, where she was promoted to the rank of Commander by Grand Moff Tarkin himself.  One hour before the Battle of Yavin, she left the Death Star under "new orders."
• Three years after Yavin, she had duties aboard the Executor as Darth Vader's adjutant and tactical advisor (strategy and tactics had been a primary field of study for her at Carida).
• While serving as Lord Vader's adjutant, she was sent on many missions that she was not truly qualified for (mostly Intelligence and commando operations).  This was because Vader both disliked and distrusted her and wanted to keep her out of the way.  Considering that she'd had no training for the missions he preferred to give her, he also figured she might wind up dead, which was a secondary desire of his.  She survived the first few missions by pure luck and extensive use of the Force (something she avoided in later assignments because of the risk it posed to her position in the Empire), but learned quickly and eventually became VERY talented in such matters.
  She became very well-known in higher circles of the Empire for her efficiency and skill.  She failed only one mission in a nearly decade of serving the Empire in this manner (after Vader's death, she continued to perform such assignments under the direction of several nifty-important people, including Ysanne Isard).
• During the final stages of construction of the second Death Star, the Emperor met with "Rachel" and became very impressed with her.  He began to make plans for her to have a battle group to fight the Rebellion.  Those plans were cut short due to the results of the Battle of Endor.
• During her time masquerading as "Rachel," Marina was acting as a spy for the Rebel Alliance.  She helped the Alliance get the plans for the original Death Star by initially sending out the plans for the battle station.
• She continued to serve in the Imperial Navy for several years, until she was called on to report directly to Domino de Devastator.  Not wanting to serve the Dark Lord, she faked her own death.
• Once her persona of Rachel was "dead," Marina was united with her half-siblings, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa.  She married one of Luke's students, Kyp Durron, and had three children:  Dalen, Deanna, and Giveria. She kept a residence on Yavin IV until the Imperial attack on the Jedi Academy there.
• Recently, Marina re-emerged as Rachel O'Conner, passing the "death" of Rachel off as misinformation.
• After the battles of Dantooine and Sullust, Rachel met with Domino de Devastator who was curious about her apparent sensitivity to the Force.  Domino had found her out.  She narrowly escaped the Dark Lord, but she had drawn on the power of the Dark Side to do so, and had inadvertantly tainted her aura.  This created a dark bond between her and the Dark Lord.  She went into hiding to purge herself of the Dark Side.
• Using the aforementioned bond, Domino de Devastator tracked Marina down and attempted to coerce her to embrace the Dark side.  In the attempt, the Dark lord threatened the life of Marina's youngest child, Giveria.  Brutally murdering the girl before her mother's eyes proved enough to bring Marina over, and Domino delighted in watching his newest servant turn her back on her family and friends. 
• Marina is 5'6" tall, has blue eyes, and blonde hair. She weighs 130 lbs. She is slim and graceful in appearance.

BZ stats:

* When Marina faced Domino on Deominia, she flew there with full knowledge of the location. When she left, that knowledge was wiped not only from her mind by Domino's Sith powers, but from the navicomputer of the ship she fled in. It remains to be seen whether or not she will ever regain that knowledge.

* Marina has fully embraced the Dark Side of the Force, so her Force attributes reflect that.
