Boba Fett

- Methodical and menacing, one of the galaxy's best bounty hunters is used to tracking down his prizes, with the possible exception of a crafty Corellian smuggler. Many tales are told of Fett's background and exploits, but there are few verifiable facts - perhaps by design.
- Fett wears the armor of the Mandalorians, a group of fearsome warriors dating back to ancient times who were defeated by the Jedi Knights. Braided Wookiee scalps hang over his right shoulder, presumably taken from captured bounties. His armor and demeanor inspire fear and respect in the criminal underworld, and to know Boba Fett as an ally is to bring a trump card into nearly every situation.
- Fett has worked on retainer for Jabba the Hutt as well as for the Empire. He is methodical in his tracking. While he doesn't seem to hold grudges against his prey, that may be because he rarely loses his quarry.
After the Battle of Hoth, Darth Vader summoned Fett along with five other bounty hunters and offered a huge bounty for Han Solo. Fett succeeded in tracking the Millennium Falcon to the Bespin system, and he helped Vader capture Solo, and then brought the onetime smuggler - frozen in carbonite - to Jabba the Hutt. In a fight with Solo's friends atop the Great Pit of Carkoon, Fett fell into the mouth of the monstrous Sarlacc, to be digested over a period of a thousand years.
- Through his wit and cunning, Boba Fett managed a feat deemed impossible: escape from the Sarlacc. In the process, the Sarlacc was seriously injured. With the help of a bounty hunter named Dengar, Fett recovered from the most serious of his injuries, although the digestive juices of the Sarlacc left their mark. In thanks for Dengar’s assistance, Fett partnered with the other bounty hunter for a while until the friction between the two naturally solo operators became too much. The two maintain contact every now and then, more out of professional courtesy than any real friendship, but Fett had an inside track with the Empire and followed that up when the partnership broke apart.
- Boba Fett now travels the spacelanes on priority retainer for the Empire. With Imperial medical assistance, Fett was able to cure most of the lingering effects from his stay in the Sarlacc, including the cloning and surgical replacement of one of his legs. Although he does take independent jobs every now and then, Fett prefers to work for Imperial special contracts, as they pay better and suit his belief in the right of Imperial rule. Since the Alliance has become a tiny threat compared to what they once were, Fett has nearly forgotten about the chase he once had with Han Solo and concentrates instead on bringing down other criminal threats to the ‘lawful’ Imperial system of order.
- His modified armor includes a helmet with a macrobinocular viewplate, motion and sound sensors, infrared capabilities, an internal comlink with his ship (the Slave I), and a broad-band antenna for intercepting and decoding transmissions.

*Skills marked with asterisk are skills that were affected by the neurotoxins
of the Sarlacc's digestive acids. Even now, over 20 years later, Fett has
difficulties. If he hadn't fallen in, these skills could have been
possibly much higher.
Boba Fett's Belongings:
- Modified Mandalorian armor - Adds 40 to strength rank to resist physical
damage and 30 to resist energy. The armor covers his head, torso, and
arms. The helmet includes a macrobinocular viewplate (+30 to Perception
or Search for objects 100-500 meters away) which is scompl-linked to his
blaster rifle increasing the range of the weapon; infrared vision, motion, and sound
sensors (+10 to Perception or Search, to be applied in dark or quiet
situations); an internal comlink with his ship (Slave I), and a broad-band antenna for intercepting and decoding transmissions.

fibercord is 50)
- Jet pack (Holds 20 charges, boosts him 100 meters horizontally/70 meters
vertically per charge, two charges may be fired every 5 seconds)
- Turbo-projected magnetic grappling hook with a 20-meter lanyard (capable of
hauling him only)
- Knee-pad rocket dart launchers (damage is 60; can use poison darts and stun
darts)
- Spiked boots (damage is Strength + 20)
- Concussion grenade launcher (magazine carries 20 grenades, damage is 60 for
5 meter radius)
- BlasTech EE-3 rifle (damage is 60)

Boba Fett's Ship: Slave I
- Kuat Systems Engineering Firespray-class Patrol and Attack craft
- This 21.5 meter vessel requires one crew member and holds 6
passengers/prisoners. It has the capacity to hold 40 metric tons of
cargo, and holds 1 months worth of consumables.
- It has a hyperspace rating of 1 and can travel through normal planetary
atmosphere at 1,000 kmh.
- Slave I's weapons complement includes 2 turret mounted twin blaster
cannons (damage is 200), a concussion missile tube (damage is 320), an ion
cannon (ion damage is 240), a tractor beam projector (tractor strength rank of
200), and two turret mounted proton torpedo launchers (damage is 0 - a direct
hit attaches a homing beacon)
- Hull strength rating is 200 and the shield strength rating is 120
- Slave I has a sensor mask which subtracts 30 ranks from an opponent's
Sensors rank when activated.
