Makeup and Costume for your chacter is a very important part of VoN. We look to the Horrific side of being a vampire, as well as the sensual, and erotic times. Most vampires do not look quite human, some are simply very pale wile others like the Nosferatu are most often deformed, and grotesque. Many new players find it helpful in " finding themselves " as far as how their character looks, helps to determin how they think.
A Pale, or Ivory base makeup for light skined players. Light brown bases or "pancake" stage makeup has much to offer for all skin colors, dark ,and light. Both types are rather easy to find, and is often a very good start for your Chacters "look". Multi color eye liners, and Lip pens are also very useful in ading a dark air to your characters look. Fake,or "Press On" finger nails also are rather helpful, if your character is an older vampire, or has the Neg-trait Bestial. Nose putty, or Morticians wax has also proved useful for warts or pointed ears, however some Scotch Tape can work quite well (you'll see it later) . Different colors of Eyeshadow also comes in handy.
