Narrator: Last time, our hero Dak, challenged Trent, for the Boulder Badge, in Pewter City. When He arrived, he saw his enemy, Brian Beck! They battled each other with their pokémon! Luckily Penny came and stopped the fight!

Dak: I woulda' won…

Narrator: Anyways, as I was saying, Dak went to the Pewter Gym, where he victoriously won, the Boulder Badge!

[Route 3; sort of a wooded area.]

Dak: I love this Boulder Badge.

Aquachu: Chu, aquachu.

Molly: You sure did a good job!

Dak: Thanks! Where are we headed?

Molly: Hold on.

(Molly gets out her map.)

Molly: Well we are now on our way towards Mt. Moon.

Dak: Great! How long until we get there?

Molly: I don't know…

Dak: Oh well, just as long as there is plenty of pokémon out there!

Aquachu: Chu!

Molly: Well, I need to catch pokémon too!

Dak: Speaking of that, I've only seen one of your pokémon. That was Vulpix.

Molly: Well I have others…

Dak: How many do you have?

Molly: One.

Dak: Really?!!

Molly: Oh be quiet!

(Dak tries his hardest not to laugh.)

Molly: I'm hungry, it's about time for lunch.

Dak: Yeah!

(Dak and molly get out a picnic mat, and food.)

Dak: Meowth, Weedle, it's time to eat.

(Dak releases Meowth and Weedle from their pokéballs.)

Meowth: Meow!

Weedle: Weedle!

Aquachu: Aquachu.

(Dak gives his pokémon their pokéchow.)

Molly: Since I'm going to feed my pokémon too.

(Molly gets out her pokéball.)

Molly: Vulpix, it's time to eat!

(Dak and Molly give their pokémon their food and Dak and Molly get out their food as well.)

Dak: So Molly (Takes a bite of his sandwich.) Do you plan to just collect fire pokémon?

Molly: Well, ever since I was a little girl, I've always wanted a Ponyta. They are fire pokémon, so I vowed that when I start collecting pokémon, the majority will be fire!

Vulpix: Vulpix!

Dak: Well I want to be a master of all pokémon! So far I have Aquachu, the water and Electric pokémon!

Aquachu: Chu!

Dak: And Weedle, the bug pokémon!

Weedle: Weedle!

Dak: And last, but not least, Meowth my normal, but amazing cat pokémon!

Meowth: Meeeeooowth!

Molly: That’s nice…

(Molly takes a bite of her sandwich.)

Dak: Your just jealous.

Molly: I am not!

Dak: Yeah… you are.

Molly: Hmph…

(Dak shoves the last of his sandwich in his mouth.)

Dak: Well, I'm ready!

Molly: I'm not.

Dak: That's cause you know I'm better than you…

Aquachu: Aquachu…

Molly: No!

Dak: Yeah right…

Molly: Fine!

(Molly throws the rest of her sandwich on the ground.)

Molly: We'll see… (Sudden change of tone.) Vulpix, are you done eating?

Vulpix: Vul.

Molly: Okay.

(Vulpix enters it's pokéball.)

Dak: Meowth, Weedle, return!

(Meowth and Weedle return to their pokéballs.)

Dak: Let's go!

Molly: Right!

(They continue on their path.)

[A bit away…]

(Team Rocket is looking through binoculars.)

Jeremy: Ha! There they go…

Julie: Little brats!

Spearow: How can you call them little brats! Your only 15!

Jeremy+Julie: Shut up!

(They both hit Spearow.)

Jeremy: Besides, we act much more older…

Julie: And I'm far more lady like that that brat.

(Jeremy and Spearow snicker.)

Julie: SHUT UP! Let's go!

[Back where Molly and Dak are.]

(The three are walking.)

Molly: (thinking) That stupid Dak…

Molly: Do you hear that?

Dak: What?

(Aquachu's ear twiches.)

Aquachu: Aqua?

(Molly runs off the path and runs nearer to the noise she hears. Soon enough a faint sound is heard.)

????: Growlithe, Growlithe, Growlithe.

Dak: I hear it now!

Aquachu: Chu!

(Molly, Dak and Aquachu soon find them selves in a clearing and beyond them is over 100 Growlithe.)

Molly: Wow… I need Dextina!

(Molly gets out a Purple pokédex.)

Dak: Hey!

Dexterina: Growl-lithe, a guard dog po-ké-mon. This fi-re po-ké-mon is a ve-ry spe-cial breed, it is a-ble to make it's fur in-to fi-re.

Molly: Great! A fire pokémon!

Dak: Don't you mean pokemons?

Molly: What?! You should know that pokémon, and all pokémon names are said the same when referring to plural.

Dak: I knew that!

Dexterina: But be a-ware that when in large groups the Grow-lithe can get very protective.

Molly: We better stay quiet…

Dak: Yeah…

[In a tree]

Jeremy: Look at all those Growlithe!

Julie: The boss would love to have all of them!

Jeremy: Right!

Spearow: Then what are we waiting for!

Julie: Yes! Let's get those Growlithe!

[By Molly and Dak.]

(The Growlithe are playing and roaring.)

Molly: I wonder what they're doing?

Dak: I'm not sure…

(Smoke fills the air.)

Dak: Uh oh…

Julie: If you are wise…

Jeremy: Then you'll listen to us guys.

Julie: To guard the universal destruction…

Jeremy: To keep the universal peace.

Julie: We carry out the evil of truth and love…

Jeremy: We are the loving and charming villains.

Julie: Julie!

Jeremy: Jeremy!

Julie: We are Team Rocket!

Jeremy: A black hole… A white future is waiting for us!

(Spearow flutters down in front of them.)

Spearow: Spearow! That's right!

Dak+Molly: Shhh!!
(All the Growlithe turn around, and 10 of them come dashing all around the group of trainers.)

Julie: We're here to take all of those Growlithe!

Jeremy: Uhh Julie…

Julie: Don't stop me now! I'm on a roll!

Molly: We're surrounded!

Aquachu: Aqua aqua Chu!

Julie: Uh oh…

(They all look around to find themselves surrounded by Growlithe.)

Growlithe: Growlithe!

Growlithe: Growl owl lithe!

Growlithe: Growl

Aquachu: Aqua!

Spearow: Uh oh…

Jeremy: What did it say!

Spearow: It said that we are trespassing.

Dak: No worrie, Aquachu get ready!

Molly: Dak! There are to many!

Julie: Well I'm not waiting! Nidoran* g-

(One Growlithe shoots a blaze of fire at Julie)

Julie: *cough*

Molly: We better do what they say.

Dak: Right.

Aquachu: Aqua…

[A little bit later.]

(Dak, Molly, Jeremy, and Julie are tied up against 4 poles, and Aquachu, and Spearow are hanging from a nearby tree. The Growlithe all are going along with they're business.)

Dak: Now, look what you did…

Jeremy: What we did?

Julie: We wouldn't have done it if you wouldn't have -

Spearow: Will you just shut up!

Aquachu: Chu! Aqua aq quachu!

Molly: Ow this hurts my back…

(Suddenly all of the Growlithe run to a big bunch, and in the distance, they all hear a roar)

Dak: What was that?!

Molly: This is bad…

Jeremy: We have to get out of here!

Julie: Right!

(The two team rocket members kick their legs, and wiggle, but can't get loose. There is another roar. )

Dak: Aquachu, try chewing the rope.

Aquachu: Aqua.

Molly: Come on Aquachu!

(Aquachu begins to chew on the rope, and it starts to become loose.)

Julie: We need to get out of here, who knows what they'll do!

Jeremy: Your right! Spearow, chew your self to freedom!

Spearow: Does it look like I can do that?!

(Aquachu chews the last bit of rope, and is set free.)

Dak: Good job Aquachu! Now, Chew our ropes!

(Aquachu runs behind Dak, and scratches and chews his ropes, then they break off.)

Dak: Alright!

(Dak runs to Molly and unties her ropes.)

Jeremy: What about us?

Julie: Aren't you going to set us free?

(Julie bats her eyes.)

Dak: Yeah right!

Molly: You got us into this mess!

Julie: Why you brat!

????: Arcanine!!!

Dak: Wha?

(Off in the distance a big pokémon, with some one riding it, prances towards Dak and the rest.)

Molly: Wow…

Dak: What kind of pokémon is that?

(Molly gets out her Pokédex.)

Dak: Hey!

Dexterina: Arcanine, a guard dog pokémon. It is the evolved form of Growlithe. Usually, it is the leader of a Growlithe pack.

Molly: Wow…

(Before they know it, a huge Arcanine stands before them.)

Dak: Uh…

(A man hops down with amour on.)

Man: Hello!

Dak: Don't hurt us!

Aquachu: Aqua…

Man: I have no intension of hurting you…

Molly: Then why did you tie us up?

Man: Oh those are the Growlithe, they hate intruders.

Julie: Your forgetting about us!

Dak: Oh… Them…

Man: Nice to meet ya though, I'm Gardie, the human leader of this clan of Growlithe.

Dak: I'm Dak!

Molly: I'm Molly!

Aquachu: Aqua, Aaa aquachu!

Gardie: Wow, what kind of pokémon is that?

Dak: That’s an Aquachu.

Gardie: Never see those around here…

Jeremy: When we get out of this you'll pay!

Julie: Yeah! So let us out!

Spearow: Let me get a hold of those pokémon! I'll tear 'em up!

Arcanine: Arrr…

Julie: Yeah! We'll steal all of your Growlithe!

Julie&Jeremy: Gya ha ha ha ha!

Arcanine: Arcanine!

(Arcanine shoots a blaze of fire at Team Rocket and they fly through the air.)

Team Rocket: Looks like team rockets blasting off agaaaaaiiiiin…

Gardie: Was that Team Rocket?

Dak: Yeah… Always causing trouble…

Gardie: Well, why don't you come on over to our Village!

Molly: Okay!

Gardie: Hop on!

(Arcanine walks over to Molly and Dak. The three including Aquachu get on, then Gardie hops on as well.)

Gardie: Let's go!

(Arcanine begins to run, and the other Growlithe follow. Soon they arrive in a village with huts.)

Dak: What is the place?

Gardie: This is a Village with only Growlithe, not including Arcanine, and I.

Molly: You’re the only human that lives here?

Gardie: Yep, I'll tell ya the story in here.

(Gardie leads them into a nearby hut. And they all sit down.)

Gardie: Well, I when I was 13, I was a pokémon trainer, then when I started training my Growlithe, I we found all these abandoned Growlithe, and we just started living here, then a couple years ago, my Growlithe evolved into Arcanine!

Molly: It must be great to live with all these Growlithe…

Dak: Yeah, Molly is a fire pokémon trainer!

Gardie: Really?

Molly: Yes.

Gardie: What pokémon do you have?

Molly: Only a Vulpix.

Gardie: Is that so…

Dak: Well, I'm-

Gardie: Molly, would you ever be interested in owning a Growlithe?

Molly: Would I ever!

(From outside there are many yelps and growls.)

Gardie: What's happening!

(They all run out side, and see many of the Growlithe on the ground.)

Gardie: What?! Who did this!

(Arcanine runs up. And points into the sky. Up in the sky, there is a large hot-air balloon, and the balloon is in the shape of a Spearow.)

Dak: Team Rocket!

Gardie: What?

[Inside the Balloon]

Julie: If you are wise…

Jeremy: Then you'll listen to us guys.

Julie: To guard the universal destruction…

Jeremy: To keep the universal peace.

Julie: We carry out the evil of truth and love…

Jeremy: We are the loving and charming villains.

(Julie jumps out of the ballon and slides down on a rope.)

Julie: Julie!

(Jeremy jumps out of the balloon and slides down on a rope too.)

Jeremy: Jeremy!

Julie: We are Team Rocket!

Jeremy: A black hole… A black future is waiting for you!

Spearow: Spearow! That's right!

[On the ground]

Gardie: Not them! What's wrong with the Growlithe.

Julie: HA! Your Growlithe are poisoned!

Jeremy: Right!

(Nearby, a Growlithe is hit by Nidoran* and falls to the ground.)

Gardie: Oh no!

Molly: We have to help!

Jeremy: Nidoran, poison sting again!

Nidoran: Nido!!

Nidoran*: Ran!

Arcanine: Arcanine!

Gardie: Right Arcanine!

Julie: Spearow start it up!

Spearow: (from balloon) Right!

(A huge net drops out from the Balloon basket, and begins to scoop up the poisoned Growlithe.)

Dak: They need help!

Molly: Right, Vulpix Go!

(Molly throws her Vulpix out.)

Vulpix: Vulllllpix!

Gardie: Get ready Arcanine!

Jeremy: Nidoran, go out there and fight!

Julie: You too Nidoran*

Nidoran+Nidoran*: Nidoran!

Dak: Wait, my pokémon need to help!

Molly: Don't worry, Dak!

Julie: Nidoran, tackle that Vulpix!

Jeremy: Do the same to that Arcanine!

(Nidoran* begins to charge at Vulpix, so does the other Nidoran at the Arcanin. All the while more and more Growlithe are being captured.)

Molly: Vulpix, evade!

(Nidoran* jumps at Vulpix, and rams it on the side.)

Vulpix: Vulpix!

(Nidoran rams into Arcanine behind him.)

Arcanine: Canine!

Gardie: Arcanine! Argh, okay Amber attack now!

(Arcanine opens his mouth and releases a huge flame, and it hits Nidoran.)

Molly: Vulpix, use your Quick Attack!

(Vulpix runs and jumps all around then pounds into Nidoran*)

Dak: Do you need my help?

Molly: No, go help the Growlithe!

Dak: Right!

Molly: Vulpix, ember!

(Nearby, there are Growlithe still being taken by Spearow.)

Dak: Okay, which pokémon should I use… Meowth, go get that Spearow!

(Dak takes out a pokéball and throws it into the air, and Meowth lands on top of the balloon.)

Meowth: Meowth?

Dak: Get that bird!

Meowth: Meowth!

(Meowth prances down the side of the balloon and gets inside the basket. He taps Spearow on the head then hangs off the side of the basket.)

Spearow: What?!

(Spearow turns around and bats Spearows head again.)

Spearow: Okay now I'm pissed!

(Meowth sticks his head up in front of Spearow, and Meowth licks Spearow's face.)

Spearow: I'll get you!

(Meowth gets back down, and Spearow flutters around the basket looking for Meowth, but Meowth runs around the basket so Spearow does not see him.)

Dak: Alright…

(Dak gets out another Pokéball.)

Dak: Go Weedle!

(Dak throws his pokéball up and Weedle comes out and lands on the side of the huge net hanging on to the basket that holds the Growlithe. As this happens, Meowth runs down the net to Weedle, and Meowth and Spearow continues to fly around the balloon.)

Meowth: Meeeowwth, owth owth Meow Meowth!

Weedle: Weedle weed!

(Weedle shoots string, and begins to make a slide from the side of the net. Meowth uses his nails and opens the net and the Growlithe begin to slide down the slide. Then Weedle scoots up to the balloon.)

Jeremy+Julie: Horn Attack!

(The two Nidoran run next to each other and curl their backs.)

Nidoran: Nido!

(The arch their backs even more and shoot out horns. The horns hit Vulpix and Arcanine.)

Arcanine: Canine!!!

Molly: Now I'm mad! Let's show them the fire spin!

Gardie: Right!

Molly: Vulpix, use your fire spin!

Gardie: Arcanine, double team!

(Vulpix and Arcanine runs side by side and jump into the air simultaneously, and shoot blazes of fire out of their mouths. The fire combines to make a whirl wind of fire, and the fire blazes at the Nidoran, and Team Rocket.)

Team Rocket: … *cough*

Aquachu: Chu?

(Team rocket look behind them to see Aquachu.)

Aquachu: Aaaaquaaaachuuuuu!!

(Aquachu blasts them with electricity.)

Julie: I've had enough of this! Spearow, get us up there!

Spearow: Oh! Right!

(Spearow flutters into the basket and lets down a ladder.)

Julie+Jeremy: Nidoran return!

(The Nidoran return to their pokéballs.)

Julie: Let's get out of here!

(The ladder begins to raise. As Team Rocket get to the basket, the last Growlithe slides down the net, and Meowth follows.)

Meowth: Meow!

Jeremy: What!

(They look up and see Weedle on the balloon.)

Weedle: Weed.

(Weedle jabs his horn into the balloon, then jumps off as the balloon flies into the horizon.)

Weedle: Weedle!

(Weedle falls down, and Dak catches Weedle.)

Molly: Good job Vulpix!

Gardie: Thanks for helpin me out there Molly.

Molly: No prob.

Gardie: And thank you Dak, for saving the Growlithe.

Dak: Any day, I couldn't have done it with out Meowth or Weedle!

Meowth: Meowth.

Weedle: Weed… lllle! Weed!

(Weedle begins to glow and starts to spin web like matirial all around it's self.)

Dak: Wha?

Molly: It's evolving!

Aquachu: Chu!

Gardie: It sure is.

(The webbing slowly covers all of weedle, and hardens into a shiny yellow shell.)

Dak: Wow!

(Dak gets out his pokédex.)

Pokédex: Kakuna, a Cacoon pokémon. This is the evolved form of Weedle. It can only use the Harden attack.

Dak: Yes! This is great! How do you feel Kakuna?

Kakuna: …

Molly: Looks like Cacoona doesn't say much.

Gardie: Well Molly, I would like to know something…

Molly: Yes?

Gardie: How about a fight with one of the Growlithe here, and if you can, you can catch it with a pokéball.

Molly: Alright!

(A Growlithe walks up.)

Molly: Okay! Vulpix, go!

(Molly points towards the Growlithe, and Vulpix gets in a fighting stance.)

Growlithe: Growlithe!

Molly: Use your quick attack!

(Vulpix dashes at the Growlithe, and rams it into the side.)

Molly: Finish with a Fire Spin!

(Vulpix opens it's mouth and let's out a tornado of fire.)

Molly: It's time…

(Molly gets out a purple pokéball.)

Molly: Pokéball, go!

(Molly hurls the pokéball at the Growlithe. The ball opens up, and sucks the Growlithe in. The ball slowly wiggles.)

Molly: Come on!

(The pokéball wiggles more.)

Molly:…

(The pokéball stops wiggleing. Molly walks up to the pokéball, and on the infoscreen, it reads "Pokéball Secure. Molly grabs the ball.)

Molly: Yes!! I caught a Growlithe!

[A little later.]

(Molly, Dak, and Aquachu are walking away on the path.)

Gardie: Bye! Come back soon!

Molly: We will!

Dak: Yeah, bye!

Aquachu: Chu!

Arcanine: Canine!
