Though this rule is to be interpreted, Hey did you know that my music is really cool? I love it and I can kind of play the piano and the violin and I also was writing about poetry and back on topic
You need to focus on what you are writing

Otherwise some other feelings could be conveyed from what you are mmmm... I'm hungry
thinking about into what you are this is a dumb site writing about. Though I have never seen this happen.

Remember what you have written down and what you still have to write down.Otherwise, you might repeat things or skip something

Example-

I do not like Green eggs and ham
I love green eggs and ham
Mmmmmm..... Green eggs and ham sound good right now. What, Oh yeah, stay on topic.
