Out in the country of elfhame green
were the beast run wild
and the birds sing free
in a calm natural harmony
There lives a elvan princess
so fair
so beautiful
so true
with short dark brown hair
and deep brown eyes
that hold your gaze
and your heart
yet alone
not knowing love
and what it means
when you have some one to hold you close
then one day a elf lad came by
and saw the princess in the windoe
as he looked at her
his heart sank
but it could never work out
she would never go for him
he was of the common folk
to low of a class for her love
but as the fates were soon to show
wishing and hoping some times come true
for in this world you never know
what might come to you
two difernt people
two different lives
two lonly people
who lives mean nothing to them
yet one night as the as the stars came out to play
with the moon high in the sky
and the birds quite in the trees
those two lonly people were about to change
a message rang out for all to hear
the princess was sick
asleep in your bed
not dead yet not alive just in sleep
all were sommoned to wake her up
everyone tryed
everything tryed
yet with no luck
hudreds gathered to the palace by the days
to try and wake the princess
from her sleep
to clam her as theirs
but when the smartest failed
and the noblest gave up
a elf lad came to her
and tulk her hand
"why o why are you like this?"
he cryed under the sobs
"why dont you wake up from this sleep?"
"please wake up and live"
but it did not work
and his knees gave out
a bottomless pit became his heart
a deep sarrow to graved his soul
"I can'nt stand to see you like this
you are the fairest person I've ever seen
when I saw you in your windoe my heart fell
fell for you, fell in love"
"But now you are asleep
gone to the world
gone to life
its not fair"
"You could charm the stars from the sky
bring them to earth
and make them cry
gods why dos this have to be so?"
unable to hold back any more
with poeple watching from the door
he started to cry
cry for the girl he loved
As he was crying the princess awakened
and put her hand on his shoulder
as he looked up and gazed in to her eyes
he know that he couldn't live with out her
she kneeled down beside him and huged him so close
the loving embrase
the loving touch
made them cry
as it happens to this very day
there love still shines
there love still lives
together forever they both shall live.
